Now it is upto me how I wish to pitch my products to her. And probability of Conversion is Very High. Highly Recommend. Besides that TEAM isdeligent hard workers. “Good Option to gather Leads”

OverallEngaging more with customers, gathering customer contact details to interact with about our products
Pros1. We have gathered good number of phone numbers and email ids 2. allows us an economical way to interact with customers 24 x 7 3. I have heard it will be able to do quizzes and other interactive features..though this was not in our Starter plan so could not see it 1st hand
Cons1. the scrolling of text is very jerky - should be made much smoother and appealing to the user. I have seen some other Chat Bots which were a lot smoother. 2. It is slow - the ... dot-dot-dot symbol shows quite a bit even for simple responses. this could be due to network speed - although other applications and web is working faster 3. can use a better font

“Great Tool for Increasing Leads”

OverallEarlier, we were using some other chat tools to interact with our customer. But the biggest problem was that we had to appoint a dedicated resource for that and sometimes, the customer query was not responded real time which create negative impact on customer and we lose the sale also. For other tools, Price is very high Plus we have to bear the cost of a dedicated employee for the same. But Since, We have installed the chatbot, so customer queries are responded real time and we don't need dedicated employee to handle chats which saves our money. We are really happy with Chatbot.
ProsIt is very easy to install and very easy to use. Very Affordable Price
Conswe have been using this tool from last 20 days and not yet found and drawback.

ProsWe used smatBot on our ecommerce portal to connect & assit potential customer in buying process.. Fantastic and bang on - It works 24x7 and cost of tool is very economical to value it brings inn. Helps to capture the leads & stats on who is customer & what is he looking at ? Conversion rate was much high as compared to other tools. Gives you database of actual customer to nurture them further.
ConsPost Leads capture - Integration with third party tool for automation nurturing this leads will add lot of value.

OverallI could define it as a smart experience.
ProsEasy to set up. Great pricing for small businesses, I like that they have a fremium model to it. A great way to generate qualified leads.
ConsNo chatbot templates for all industries. This could have made it easy to implement. But they are working on it and are willing to prioritize based on customer needs.

Pros1. Easy to configure interface. 2. Form creation is easy. 3. Cofounders are more than happy to get your feedback and work on it.
Cons1. Response list UI is bad. 2. Difficult to analyze responses from the backend.
