They are not trustworthy, unprofessional, and a total scam. I would never trust them if I was a brand looking for an affiliate platform. Cons SCAM! Terrible affiliate network. They worked with one of our partners and it was a terrible experience. We brought hundreds of dollars worth of conversions and the communication was terrible in receiving this payout. They didn't contact the partner to ask for the invoice to be paid, so we have been waiting for months to get the payout. Once WE asked the partner to pay their invoice to Affiliae they took the money themselves and never gave them to us. We kept sending emails and they ghosted us. We never heard back from them and they still owe us the money. Even our partner had to end up the affiliate partnership as they probably had many issues with them. If you are a publisher and you see a partner that uses this platform, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you are a brand looking for an affiliate program, again, STAY AWAY FROM AFFILAE. They are a total scam.
