Charging a customer for a service they will never use simply because they missed a cancellation deadline by a single day feels unreasonable and customer-unfriendly. Companies that value long term customer relationships understand that mistakes happen and that common sense should prevail in situations like this. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you're considering subscribing, be aware that if your renewal slips through, even by a day, you may find very little willingness to work with you. Their app looked pretty good but I can't get passed their shady business practices. Cons I am extremely disappointed with this company's customer service and billing practices. I contacted them immediately after my annual subscription renewed and explained that I did not intend to renew and would not be using the service at all. Their advertisement is great - it shows everything without disclosing all the additional hidden costs. Cons Quality is disappointing. I attempted to enlarge some images and when printed, the quality was disappointing. Shutterfly ended up fixing it. Their billing is also confusing; merchant name didn't even match. I signed up for a "7-day free trial" but was billed on the sixth day for a year for a much higher price than that on their website. Lastly, their customer service is impersonal. I was offered a half refund, which shows me whoever is running their billing is aware there are issues.
