Charging a customer for a service they will never use simply because they missed a cancellation deadline by a single day feels unreasonable and customer-unfriendly. Companies that value long term customer relationships understand that mistakes happen and that common sense should prevail in situations like this. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you're considering subscribing, be aware that if your renewal slips through, even by a day, you may find very little willingness to work with you. Based on my experience, money appears to be more important to them than treating customers fairly. **Pros:** I don't have much positive to say about Fotor. Their app looked pretty good but I can't get passed their shady business practices. **Cons:** I am extremely disappointed with this company's customer service and billing practices. I contacted them immediately after my annual subscription renewed and explained that I did not intend to renew and would not be using the service at all. The renewal had occurred just one day earlier, yet they refused to provide a refund. Eze S. I tried the free version first and decided to test the paid subscription, but the paid features did not provide the value I expected. After realizing this, I cancelled the subscription almost immediately. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund. The platform may work for very basic editing, but the pricing and subscription policy feel unfair and not consumer-friendly. I would strongly recommend that users read the terms very carefully before subscribing. **Pros:** The interface is simple and easy to understand for basic editing and your can use with different options. **Cons:** The paid version does not deliver the value it promises. Many features feel limited or similar to the free version. The biggest issue is the subscription model, which automatically renews after a trial and makes refunds extremely difficult even if the service does not meet expectations.
