I had to cancel my card with my bank and file a charge back. Pros Nothing, everything was lacking. MUCH MUCH better software and way overpriced for the weak features. It's really nice they have a reward system for engaging with the community and participating. I like the AI image generator a lot for the types of clients I typically work with. I find myself coming back and using the tools every week which says a lot in a very crowded space. Pros Great set of tools and preset styles. There are a lot of image generators out there. Fotor is a nice blend of many of them, with a community and daily rewards which keep me coming back. Cons There are almost too many choices. When you login to the main home page, for someone with ADHD, it's really overwhelming. I get to the tools I use often and then I'm fine. Talk about decision overload though? My brief experience was overshadowed by poor customer service and no flexibility. Cons I signed up for a trial and forgot to cancel before it ended, something that’s happened to me a few times over the years with other services. In every other case, companies were more than happy to issue a refund when I explained the situation, especially since I hadn’t used the service after the first day. Fotor, however, was the first company I’ve dealt with that flat-out refused. Despite canceling immediately after realizing the charge, they pointed me to their policy and offered no flexibility or goodwill. The response felt cold and dismissive, and I walked away with the clear sense that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. If you’re considering signing up, be aware that they strictly enforce their policy with no room for genuine mistakes, even when the service goes unused.
