I edited one picture. That was it. I don’t actually need this in my daily life, I’m a teacher. All their emails went to spam, so I missed the deadline by one day. By 9 hours actually. They charged me for the full year. I reached out to customer service, explaining and asking them to be reasonable. They absolutely refused to cancel my year subscription and refund the payment. Rather than reasonable customer service, I got two long emails telling me how it was all my fault for not canceling on time.
