### "Review of the platform"

Pros

There are a lot of different options on the platform and it's very easy to customize each selection process. I like the interface and I think it's very user friendly.

Cons

I think the reports that are written by the psychologist after the testing can be done better, the template is not really structured ideally and it's very hard to edit and add information to the report without messing it up. Also, it would be nice if you could undo something in the report if you make a mistake.

Satisfied, easy to use, the best platform I used for testing.

Pros

all necessary details available, easy to read and understand, easy to set up all options you need and everything else :)

Cons

I would like to have some kind of rating of the candidate. From 1 to 5 scale if profile is good or not good and suggest the position this profile is most suitable for (sales, HR, finance - not details but in general). Because maybe some profile is ok for sales but not for the administration.

Maybe that can work for you. 😊 I would like to have some kind of rating of the candidate. From 1 to 5 scale if profile is good or not good and suggest the position this profile is most suitable for (sales, HR, finance - not details but in general). Because maybe some profile is ok for sales but not for the administration.

Pros

Easy to use, fast, candidates loves taking it from the comfort of their homes. Ability to build commonly used test batteries. Information about tests and all psychometric validations available.

Cons

I would love if the norms were set in percentiles and also if there is a possibility to have norms for different groups (e.g. gender related, type and level of education related etc.). To the extent that I use the software, this is the only "weakness" that I have found.

Dear Ivana, thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback with us. I can check regarding percentiles with our developers, if, and when can we add that option. Regarding the norms, for the tests which there are statistical differences the system automatically takes into account the candidates education level, gender, age, etc, everything that can influence the end result. The details (development, norms, etc.) for some of the tests are in the Manuals. It has made my job easier and faster and it is kinder to the candidates (they do not have to spend so much time and effort to do the testing in person - which is very important to me). Also, it gives them the freedom to do the test when they have free time, when they are feeling motivated and rested. It makes a whole selection process more candidate- friendly. I still prefer paper-pencil tests for more complex roles since I do get a lot more information using traditional tests.

Pros

We use only psychometric testing (not CVs and interviews).- It helps us to do our job faster and easier (both for us and candidates). - We can choose from variety of tests and adjust it to our needs.- Reports are short and understandable. - Customer support is always available and helpful.

Cons

\- I would like that candidates do not have access to their results (due to ethical reasons)- I would like that reports are a bit longer and more complex (practical consequences of the score)- I would like that the system gives us suggestion about what group of test to use for some common job openings (for instance for IT; or for sales)

Pros

It is easy to use for psychometric assessments, everything is straightforward and intuitive. Also, their customer support is great and it was always easy to come to an agreement

Cons

We don't use it in it's full capacity but I think it has a great potential.

Pros

I really liked how the system works smoothly and the wide array of various tests that you can choose from. The team is always available to consult you with all your questions and recommend you the best test battery for your needs. The test norms are being regularly updated and the reports are very detailed and can be adjusted to non-psychologist administrators. Overall, I would recommend it for anyone who's thinking of introducing online psychometric assessments into their selection process.

Cons

Well if I have to say something I would change, I would say the price of certain tests :)

Cons

Manuals are not available for all assessments. In some existing ones, it would be good to get a little more detailed information about the validation process, psychometric data, correlations, validity, and reliability.

Without their approval and translation, some of the manuals are only available in few languages, or there are no manuals at all because they didn't share them.
