Hourly is exactly what we need without all the hassles. Prior to that, working out the pay schedule for part-time instructors was a disaster , some languages get paid at different rates, weekends, substitutions, etc. etc. Now it's automatic. So worth every penny for time it saves our one person admin team.

Pros

So as a language teacher, we earn an hourly rate, Hourly is a perfect fit for me. I only clock in when my Swedish class starts, clock out when I'm finished with my Swedish. In the paystubs, see the actual classes I taught, no more Excel sheets! It took approximately 20 minutes to set up. The ability to add certifications and language(s) taught to the instructor profiles is a favorite of our admin.

Cons

I have had the app logging me out during class when my phone jumps from wifi to mobile data or the other way around. Also want the capability to make notes regarding particular lessons right inside timesheet entries. It is better to review past pay periods from the desktop version as opposed to a mobile version.

I had great experience with payroll and paystubs as it captured everything we wanted without paying extra

Pros

The employee management tool helped alot with employee records and it ensure they were kept secured at all times

Cons

Bugs and issues where too complicated and requires expert input to resolve although a learning curve

My overall experience with Hourly has been positive. The software is user-friendly and reliable for tracking hours, managing schedules, and processing payroll. Hourly software is a comprehensive platform designed for small businesses that integrates payroll, workers' compensation, and time tracking into one application. It allows users to easily run payroll, track employee hours, and manage HR compliance, all while simplifying paydays with just a click.

Cons

Overall, Hourly is user-friendly and efficient, but one thing I liked least was that some features felt limited in customization. For example, certain reports or scheduling tools could benefit from more flexibility or integration with other platforms

I've used hourly to streamline billing when working for out-of-hours or external projects. It has been pretty user friendly and accessible for the whole team.

Pros

It made it easy to work with external teams on projects that needed billing, splitting hours up to bill them to different project codes.

Cons

It sometimes takes a while to refresh when it has been updated so it's hard to see exactly what the current situation is with my projects at times. This does generally resolve fairly quickly.

Hourly is an excellent program to keep track of employee payroll that includes tasks like geo fence clock in, automatic payroll calculations, employee access to time sheets, paycheck stubs all within the app. I would definitely recommend this software.

Pros

The feature I like most is geo location time clock, which only allows the employee to clock in when he/she is in a designated area on the job site.

Cons

My least favorite feature is with the app. Overall it is a good starting point but it tends to be buggy. I believe with a little refinement it will be very good.

Very good. we were set up very quickly and any issues from the onsite were addressed quickly.

Pros

hourly provides a very easy and intuitive interface that allows for simple payroll processing, and an API integration with QuickBooks. Also handled all the Time an Labor functions without the need of a 3rd party . Hourly provide the best price model we have ever seen. you can run daily payrolls and pay one flat fee a month

Cons

PTO tracking could be better. Example: a calendar view with all employees listed per day
