Pros

Before hourly we tracked our hourly work manually which was cumbersome and inaccurate. Hourly made a huge difference for us. It is easy to use snd super helpful in helping us to do evaluate our job costing.

Cons

There isNt anything that we don’t like about hourly.

Customer service is the best. Solve the problems in no time

Pros

The customer service able to remote the page that we are looking at.

Cons

Few steps need to be taken to pay hourly rate. Another trouble is monthly salary needs to deactivate (so that they dont get the stub) when we want to skip that employee.

Pros

Very user friendly and has a lot of functions for payroll. I like that it is a desktop version thru a web browser and a app on my phone. Awesome in all ways.

Cons

I love all of the app and both compliants.

Solid payroll app

Pros

Not overly complicated. Don’t have to invest a lot of time doing payroll for small business owner. And you can do it right from your smart phone. So convenient.

Cons

I haven’t discovered anything I don’t like about the app yet.

Our experience has been great. The system is easy to use and the team is helpful, friendly, and quick to answer any of our questions.

Pros

The system has a very clean look. It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.

Cons

Integration for us was easy, however it was our first implemented payroll system. I can't speak for those who would be switching away from their current solution.

Great.

Pros

We have been using Hourly App since January and have been very satisfied with it. We regret that we didnt switch to Hourly before. Its very simple and easy to use. Employees can also use it and like it.

Cons

We lined the easy of use and leaning curve is very steep.

Reason for choosing Hourly

It had a free and very long trial so no pressure in terms of time to try and learn it.

Super simple, great customer service, showed me how surprisingly simple payroll can be.

Pros

I am the accountant-- so I am using the backend of the software only. The fact that I can go on my phone and send a payroll summary report to my email, it arrives in seconds, and it is only one page but contains all of the information I need is incredible.

Cons

I would like to be able to send individual paystubs to my email.

We are a small but very busy company. This software is extremely user friendly and allows us to handle all of our payroll needs quickly and efficiently. Huge cost savings for Works Comp. Very easy on boarding process and fantastic support from the Hourly team.
