### "Modern, complete and fast system"

A professional company with good technology and experienced staff that are service minded.

Pros

OTYS has a modern interface. It is feature rich and can be configured for almost all recruitment flows. Unique is the huge api which allows customers to connect tools and integrate OTYS with apps that are not offered in the marketplace.

Cons

The configuration of OTYS is important. OTYS is a big application and users might have to be trained if the configuration is not tailored for the customer needs. With a good configuration consultant, processes will be digitized efficiently with ease of use, but without a good implementation this will not be the case.

### "Good software tool for recruitment, advertising, websites and sales"

We are quit a big client and developped OTYS for several business units in The Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. We think they are very helpfull and cooperative. They keep on developping features and we have good contact with the accountmanager Marnix, who thinks with us, creates solutions and communicates the right way.

Pros

\- Interface with existing planning and salary software - Easy to use as administrator and user - Friendly and efficient helpdesk - Workflow system - Easy to filter, match, export etc. - Userfriendly - Everything - all modules are linked

Cons

\- CMS tool is less user friendly then I'm used to - but certainly doable - Facebook integration would be a great expensian - I hope they will develop a smart dashboard / tool to manage KPI's wich are predefined - Some features which seem logical to a temping agency like us are missing

### "Bad service, cheap product"

We had a bad start and the whole implementation cost too long. And even the moment we started the product was not ready. We had to ask many things to the support desk. So after that, I received a message from Otys, not to disturb the support team anymore. We had a lot of downtime and with 15 users, this is not fine. No compensation or even a sorry! We had many problems with the printcv, severall time the format had changes. It makes you crazy. Trainings and small questions cost to much money. Overall I was not very happy with Oths and we left.

Otys is a progressive company, they want to be at the forefront of the newest functionalities. We are naturally happy to use that. OTYS facilitates us in automating and improving processes, which benefits the quality of our services.

### "Not ideal for in-house recruitment"

We are struggling with engaging users and have not yet managed to develop sufficient understanding of the system to enable us to implement simplified workflows.

Pros

For a different business, I imagine the flexibility and customisation options would be useful.

Cons

The system is way too complex and un-intuitive for our business. We use a direct sourcing model and in-house , non-recruitment specialists (typically HR managers). The system needs a lot of resource, and to get the best from it we would need to pay for consultants and additional support packages.

OTYS was already in place. I would not have chosen it.

Post acquisition the business had 2 ATSs. I did not want to switch, but our ICT Contract and Vendor management team were not happy with Tribepad's responses to security questions, and had concerns about service delivery post-Brexit.

### "It kinda works until it doesn't"

Bad, I mean. Software can have bugs thats OK. But when the customer service does not take these issues seriously but rather blames the customer then something is wrong. Maybe we were not important enough since we only had 5 users. Anyway we switched to recrutierflow. it has more functions, is super fast and jut works everytime.

Pros

It has all the features you look for in an ATS.

Cons

In the end it does not work properly. it is slow and the email system sometimes randomly send your emails to a contant that was not targeted for that email. their customer service will not help you in these cases.

Dutch provider, they were the only one that send over an account mananger to our office to talk about the product. so it felt more personal.
