invoicing, client/tutor communication. I like email through TB too.

Pros

I like the parent/student portal. I also like the online resources function and if we can get it right the invoicing directly to clients.

Cons

It would be good to offer some pre-recorded video training maybe? so we could send out to new users.

My overall experience has been amazing my clients love the software and find it easy to use, it does take a little time to get used to but it is really high quality.

Pros

Being a freelancer, I come into contact with many softwares and programs to use to assist me with my job task. This is one of them and it has been a great experience. This software allows me to set up my own tutoring space for my clients and provides me with all the tools I need to conduct a efficient session.

Cons

There's nothing that I don't like about it, it has done everything I need it to do and more! More features to be added is always nice.

Because of Covid-19 we were unable to run our residential English Language summer courses in The UK this year. We had to quickly switch to teaching online and Tutorbird helped us hugely in administering online lessons and giving a professional appearance to parents and pupils.

Pros

I particularly like the diary function. It's easy to match pupils with tutors and the ability to send out automatic reminders means that pupils never miss lessons.

Cons

We haven't really used the invoicing function so far. We have our own systems for that. Possibly you could do a bit more to integrate Zoom.

Pros

I like how I can easily manage all students and invoicing.

Cons

The calendar syncs with google calendar every 12 hours and this cannot be Made to sync more often. This is frustrating and I can’t use the calendar feature in tutorbird as my scheduling calendar for this reason.

Tutorbird is perfect for tutors trying to run a business! The best there is!

Streamlined platform that integrates the calendar, invoices, student/parent information, e-mail system, and resources for students excellent value and price point for all that it offers

Pros

I love that I can keep track of income and expenses then send it all to my tax accountant. Parents are able to cancel and reschedule appointments on their own. I also like being able to link Paypal to the account.

Cons

None, it is easy to use and support is helpful when you call.

I'm very thankful I heard about TutorBird from fellow tutors on Facebook, and I love how it's tailored for my specific profession and includes lots of different features to help me keep track of progress, money and scheduling from month to month.

Pros

This software took some burdens off my shoulders, so to speak, by making my invoices for me with a link to pay online, organizing my expenses and revenue, and storing my client information.

Cons

Some of the options aren't extensive enough for scheduling and invoicing discrepancies. I'm not sure how to use the website features on my existing site yet either.
