Pros The most impactful feature was the customizability offered with Tasks, Products, and Product Multipliers. The ability to put exactly what we want is amazing. This product is very easy to use and very easy to learn. Cons There is truly nothing I can say I disliked about this software. Everything that I or my team felt was missing, SCW was very willing to add. Pros The system is very in depth with data, and changes to companies needs are always considered. The customer client is always available and follow the tickets. Our weekly meeting are efficient. The criticals issues are quickly solved. Some tickets spent too much time to be solved. For example, it took 6 months to create the product analysis report. We would like to have a deadline for each tickets (even if the deadline is long). Pros The digital data collection is very easy and in real time. Custom report in packaging and manufacturing area were adjusted according to our requests. The interactive pareto are very visual. Cons This software is not enough flexible sometimes : for example, in some reports, we can't choose the color (grey wasn't possible). When some dashboard or report are updated, they generate some issue (for example : calculation issue). The website loading is slow. Review Source PN Phil N. Pros I do like the app when it works for me. But the canned reports are also very helpful. I like that the system maintenance is not maintained by our own internal teams. I also enjoy our assigned customer service reps \[sensitive content hidden\] :-) Cons Seems very customized to a non-rate based batch manufacturing process. The status of the processing trains are now at your fingertips through the use of the online site or through the app. Reviewing real time data is now part of our daily routine. Notifications can be sent to update individuals on specific events, shift notes are now automated, and overall conversations have shifted from working to gather data to quick insights that generate actions. SCW has been a collaborative partner and has been flexible with our site specific needs. Pros The software is very easy for the operators to use; a simple screen, large buttons, and connects to our scheduling data when orders are loaded to populate expectations and task durations. Cons There is still a desire to be more 'automated' with our processes. Our packaging area has sensors which work well but other areas require manual entries. Additionally, it takes longer than preferred to drive design changes and improvements to the tools and reports. Review Source RE Reid E. This has allowed for driven actions to be put in place and monitored. The company is constantly updating their tracker as well to better improve customer use. Shift notes can be sent to emails at designated times, calls/messages can be made to anyone for escalations or quick fixes, and the data/rooms can be easily viewed by anyone at anytime anywhere. Pros The software is very easy to use and our Operators have adapted quickly to the change. Customer Service is a big plus! Quick responses with rapid results as well. They are always looking to improve. The implementation team is very intuitive. Cons For certain activities we still require Room Lead input (such as during changeover activities). If there is a way to automate such a thing using this technology that would be fantastic. An also simple system to maintain as an administrator. A great experience with the customer service team to answer to our request. Finally, the system allows a real time monitoring of performance that's permit to people to focus on action and not on data collection. Thanks to that the performance improvement is visible ! Pros A system easy to implement inside your company to follow KPIs in real time. A huge optimization to collect and analyze data by eliminating no value added activities (as manual collection/transcription...).
