Easy to use, and when I had questions I got a quick, thorough response that resolved my problem and even a follow-up email. I'm very happy with this software and look forward to using it for years to come. Pros I like that it retains the information I use multiple times a week. It's easy to just tweak numbers back and forth but have most of the work done for me at any given time. Updates are easy. It's very straightforward. Cons It would be nice to be able to save different frequently used profiles, but it's not a deal-breaker. It would be a nice feature to see sometime. Pros Takes my export from our database and runs reports and tray tags from that. Easy to setup and use. Cons Format of my export needs to be modified to use in the software. As a small non profit, it allows us to save money on postage and have accurate mailings. Cons It has a bit of a learning curve, but that it also in part due to the USPS having a ton of regulations. Pros I am very thankful for this product which makes a complicated task so easy. I have personally used Postage Saver for my monthly mailings for many years. When I have a question, I get an answer immediately along with good council on how to solve any problem. What really impresses me is how the developer is always one step ahead of Postal Service regulations. Often times the necessary changes are implemented even before the workers at the Post Office know them. Updates are sent regularly and only take seconds to effect. Cons I can't think of any downside. I have received compliments from postal workers on the manner in which our mailings are prepared with this software. Pros I like the ease with which I use the software in preparing our mailing each month and how easily we can update the postal changes whenever they are necessary. Pros This software makes bulk mailings of our newsletters, congregational letters, and other bulk mailings a snap! It walks you through everything you need. It sorts your mailing list, creates labels that the Post Office requires for bulk trays, and also completes the paperwork you need to give the post office. I don't know what I would do without it! April 16, 2019 5.0 Very responsive to questions (fast, accurate). Always ahead of the regulation change dates. Always accurate. Pros We've used this software for 15 years!! Why? The step-by-step process taking you through the screens is intuitive. The programmers of this app did well by putting themselves in the users' shoes, anticipating questions. It really is very few clicks to complete generating the right reports. Consistently, our jobs are accepted by the USPS. Never, in 15 years, has one of our Postage-Saver generated jobs been rejected by the USPS. Cons Nothing. Otherwise, who stays with software for 15 yrs? It makes my job much easier, and I know that the mailings are being directed correctly. Pros I really appreciate that Postal Saver bundles the mailing list for me. Once we started using it, some of our subscribers received their mail more quickly as it was directed correctly. Cons I don't like that we can't select both trays and sacks for our mailing. We use mostly sacks, but one tray for our DDU mailing. It's not a huge deal since I use the Postal Wizard to enter the mailing. Along with that, the Postage Statement generated didn't display the DDU information correctly, but I was able to enter it correctly in Postal Wizard, so also not a huge deal. If you're mailing periodical flats, we do give you the option of trays or sacks, so please let me know what you want to do that you can't. Also, let me know what you think is wrong with the DDU pricing - it is a confusing rule and we find that some post offices allow discounts that are technically legal, but I'm happy to look at it. There are also help links in many of the actual items on the screen that have detailed help for that item. And, for first time users, there is a step-by-step in the Help menu. This is my first experience and I find this software is easy to use. I do monthly bulk mailing and this software is simple and made my post office experience quite smooth. I never have any question from the postal office. It is a seamless process. Pros It was very easy to use and set up. I do receive Postage Saver updated occasionally and it is easy to implement on my existing software. I never have any trouble. Cons So far I do not have complaints about this software.
