Pros

It does very well in the postal preparation and sorting. No regrets!

Pros

I used to use Envelope Manager, however they closed their doors. Somehow I found Postage Saver, and their software is much more affordable than paying hundreds of dollars annually for a license. Plus, it is much easier to use too!

Cons

Set up was a little complicated, but telephone support was excellent

For the price, you can't beat what this solution offers. The product is solid, with detailed documentation and when you still are confused, support is prompt and helpful. Having done technical development and support in the past, I can appreciate when this is done well!

Pros

The quality of documentation and promptness/amount of experience of the support team is fantastic. Before even downloading the free trial, I was able to read through the entire user manual to confirm this was a solution that would work for us. Not having done bulk mailing before, we were able to figure everything out between the online information and support desk. It is VERY user friendly and has help along the way if there is a parameter you are not sure how to fill.

Cons

It would be great if the software could save past bulk mailing shipments.

Have been using for years and I love it. - Upgrades are a snap. Keeps me up with the postal regs.

Pros

The ease of use - being set up with Filemaker - helps estimate postage quickly even if I don't do the mailing.

Cons

That it doesn't offer NCOA - or a connection

It's easy to use once setup.

Pros

I have been using this software for a few months now and once it is setup, it's super simple to process all our bulk mail projects. Software updates are great too since it keeps all our settings in place.

Cons

While I like the fact that updates don't wipe out settings, I wish the update process was a little bit more seamless instead of downloading the new version.

I wish that I could combine separate mailings that are under 500 pieces

Ariel, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad Postage Saver Pro has worked well for you. It's pretty hard to combine different mailings, since the minimums are set by USPS. The large mail houses do it by actually sorting the mailings separately and then running them back through sorting equipment to put them together. I will be satisfied with the product if I am able to save postage using bulk rate mailing procedures.

Pros

the rep answered many questions I asked with patience and expert knowledge of bulk rate mailing procedures. I ran my mailing list and it provided the promised results.

Cons

I still need to CASS certify my list before I use the software. I expect it to add barcodes before I print them.

### "Must have for navigating bulk mail"

Nothing but good things to say about postage saver.

Pros

Postage save has been a game changer for navigating the complex USPS bulk mail program. I first tried to figure out marketing mail myself but then I stumbled upon postage saver which answered so many questions and made the process so simple and easy. Whenever I had questions about use and functionality, customer service was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of implementing a bulk mail campaign.

Cons

None that I can think of. The platform his simple.

Pros

The best part of the software is that it guides you through the process. I have learned more from this software than I have from the USPS employees in regards of how things are to be handled.

Cons

The software was pretty easy to use but I have had some experience with mailing. If you are unsure of anything take advantage of video tutorials or contact customer support. You will learn more from them than calling USPS directly.

I can get a mailing processed and ready for drop off to USPS with just a few button clicks. The software walks you through the process, and does it all for you. After one or two mailings you will be a pro.

Pros

The automation is my favorite feature, which is like having an assistant.

Cons

The look and feel is old school, but that's not a big deal. It works.
