Simple à appréhender, fiable, l'outil Interstis facilite beaucoup la collaboration, le partage, la planification, la gestion personnelle.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation et richesse fonctionnelle centrée sur les usages les plus utiles. Régulièrement enrichi, l'outil Interstis est un excellent compromis économique.

Cons

Pas de faiblesses notables, mais l'outil Interstis sera attendu dans un avenir proche sur l'enrichissement de l'expérience utilisateur grâce à l'IA

Avant de travailler pour le SDIS01 j'étais habitué à la version collaborative d'Alfresco. Donc peu de changement. Par contre j'apprécie la partie gestion de projet

Pros

Le support est simple d'accès avec des réponses rapide. Les alertes sont pertinente. L'ergonomie est moderne et la partie gestion de projet est simple mais efficace

Cons

Le manque d'interfaçage permettant des synchro automatique

D'abord enthousiaste sur les possibilités offertes par Resana, j'ai vite déchanté. Chaque fois que je demande au service technique comment faire ce dont j'ai besoin, il m'est répondu que "ce n'est pas possible" (3 demandes, 3 réponses identiques) : - pas possible d'ajouter de zone de commentaire fixe non modifiable entre les questions du workflow pour contextualiser les questions - pas possibilité de dupliquer un workflow préconfiguré pour test s'il n'a pas été publié (et si on publie le workflow, on ne peut plus le modifier) - pas possible d'utiliser les groupes de collaborateurs prévus à cet effet comme responsable d'une étape

Resana regroupe qq fonctionnalités collaboratives utiles mais qui ne nous sont pas utiles pour l'heure

Cons

la fonctionnalité workflow qui nous intéresse était une bonne idée à la base mais elle est beaucoup trop limitée et très largement perfectible

J’ai été enchanté pendant les 3 ou 4 premiers années, puis des bug sont apparus ainsi que des nouvelles fonctionnalités inabouties. L’assistance est toujoytres aimable et fait ce qu’elle peut, mais les supports ne lui permettent pas d’aider le pauvre client qui reste avec son petit problème bloquant pendant des semaines

Pros

En tant qu'agent de la DREAL Grand Est, j'utilise Resana (pour le partage des fichiers avec les collègues).

Cons

Il ne faudrait pas que la plateforme soit l'objet de modifications (assez fréquentes, selon moi). Car notre coeur de métiers n'est pas de s'habituer aux modifications apportées aux plateformes, logiciels, etc. Personnellement (et je ne suis pas le seul), je perds beaucoup de temps à me connecter et à me re-connecter sur votre plateforme. Alors quand il y a un changement, cela me déstabilise et il y a perte de temps.

Pros

Sur le papier, pleins de points forts, et en pratique beaucoup de bugs et de lenteurs.

Cons

J'ai contacté l'assistance après avoir chercher de mon coté, avec un administrateur et j'ai clairement expliqué mon problème, comme première réponse on me demande des copies d'écran, 3 jours après une relance, puis une clôture...Je trouve que vous ne prenez pas en compte les demande, et que vous clôturez très vite vos tickets.Les problèmes des utilisateurs persistent, ce n'est pas ainsi que l'application progressera.D'avance merci,Cordialement
