### "I wish I had stumbled across IntelliTicks sooner!"

The team has been amazing, any question I have had they answer usually within minutes and a lot of the time I can just tell them what my aim is and they will work out and even implement it on the site for me.

Pros

The creation of flows to allow me to design how a customer gets information about us as well as how and when we ask for contact details to further pursue the lead.

Cons

Not a lot, its great. As with all software the UI could have a few more helping hands along the way but there isn't anything that is too difficult to do.

I have been in SEO and Digital Marketing for 27 plus years, and the biggest headache you have in retaining customers, is onsite conversions, problems. They hire you to get them traffic and buying customers and it's very difficult to get them to spend the money to revamp their website so it will convert, so it's a constant battle, primarily over additional cost, with this product, you can kiss those problems good by, the cost is affordable enough you could roll it right into your bid and have happy profitable clients, that will bring yo even more clients.

Pros

I have used multiple products that call them selves competitors to this company, truth is they don't come even close. Why because one of the biggest holes in the Internet marketing, is have a website that will convert the customers that show up there into customers. The beauty of this product, you can program it to be as simple or as detailed as you need it to be. Not all we visitors are the same, so you need a tool the you can program your website conversion tool to natch the needs of your clients, if you have this tool you don't have to look anywhere else, you answers are here.

Cons

All tools when you are learning them have a curve you have to get past, what I found out about this one is they are not afraid or unwilling to reach out to help you out, in this case your typical con is no con at all because their customer service is fantastic.

Thanks for your feedback. We believe there is some confusion here as IntelliTicks is only 9-months old, but you mentioned usage of more than 2 years. May be you are confusing it with some other tool. Also, IntelliTicks is not a CRM but an AI-powered Live Chat for Lead Generation. But it integrates with popular CRMs like SalesForce, HubSopt, LeadSquared, Zoho etc. The purpose of IntelliTicks is to personalize conversations to capture leads and then these leads are sent to emails, spreadsheets, & CRMs. It is not intended to be used as a CRM.

We are an education and training providing organization which has a heavy inflow of inbound leads. hence the key factor of adopting iT was for AI and chatbot. However, the lead management possibility is lost somewhere because of lack of app functionalities and interface. Notification too can be better.

Pros

The best attribute is the AI functionality and the integration to LeadSquared. This helps us seamlessly cater to the leads

Cons

Interface can be better. It is difficult for us to track the leads on the iT chat portal. Can be made much better for ease of use

It helped me to increase the conversion rate for the clients by 50% in some cases. And it actually creates an add-on value for the sales team to convert the leads.

Pros

the detailed information about the lead captured and the smooth transition ( chatbot to human ). Also, the customisation of conversation helps in making changes easily.

Cons

I guess the only point is the brand name and its marketing. I think the potential is under-marketed.

### "Got 3X bump up in lead generation"

Pros

The best part of the IntelliTicks platform is that it lets you personalize the automated chats based on user's behavior. For our use-case, we leverage data points like user's location, the Ad they clicked on, and the time of the day to create different conversational flows for different users. We were expecting adround 50% improvement, but ended up with close of 200% improvement.. Plus, their customer support is highly professional and responsive.

Cons

They do not have much video tutorials as of now. So, you have to either ask them to provide a demo (which they happily did for us) or learn the platform on your own.

They have an aftersales support on WhatsApp which is very convenient to reach out to and handy just in case there is an issue, they are there to help

Pros

The give a daily report exactly at 5AM in the morning along with immediate notification on both desktop and app about a user visiting the website and interacting with the bot. It is also very responsive and eye catchy from a user's point of view.

Cons

Till now I haven't found any faults.Everything is working fine.

It has a AI Chatbot feature in the free trial version itself.

Pros

Intelliticks platform is very simple to use and really brings the results in. The great thing about them is that it does not annoy the website users, and their AI algorithms choose right thing to be shown to the user.

Pros

The software is very dynamic and it seems to be able to do anything you want it to. Flexible and useful in capturing leads.

Cons

Analytics section will need some improving, also the aspect of setting up chatboxes on multiple sites, there could be an easy way to filter chats coming from different places.

Pros

I liked the way they understood my business from the website and setup conversations which worked for me to get more leads. Now using AI, I can send the programming book to my user's email automatically when then ask for it on chat.

Cons

Stats presented on the platform were in tabular form and excel export. It can be show more beautifully with the help of graphs to visualize the data. Currently I have to create graphs manually using excel.
