The overall package has been a good experience, and the engagement with GBTEC Aus always positive.

Pros

It is easy to use and there is enough variability to cater for most situations. The cost is a major plus and it is stable.

Cons

There are some restrictions in method and a limited number of models types. Would like to see additional models in the future.

Reason for choosing BIC Platform

Cheaper and better contract options to work with.

Pros

Die Software ermöglicht es einem, sowohl die eigenen, als auch die Prozesse des Kunden aufzunehmen und für jeden verständlich darzustellen. BIC Process Design hat es uns ermöglicht IST- und SOLL-Prozesse aufzunehmen und Optimierungspotenziale daraus abzuleiten. Die Handhabung mit der Software ist leicht zu erlernen. Hierbei wird man zudem stark von GBTEC unterstützt.

Cons

Es sollten Kenntnisse über das Prozessmanagement im Allgemeinen vorhanden sein. Ansonsten fühlt man sich bei den ersten Modellierungsversuchen noch sehr unsicher. GBTEC bietet sich hier aber immer an zu unterstützen.

I love how easy it is to use - have had a lot of positive feedback from stakeholders who aren't familiar with BPMN but easily understood my BIC process diagrams

BIC is not suitable for user who creates business process on very casual basis

Fancy software tool with lots of features, especially validator

Cons

The whole took is excessively complex for casual user, too many rules to remember
