BCN makes running my website and booking process simple and reliable. It’s easy to manage campaigns, track leads, and keep everything in one place. Bright has also been great — always helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.

Pros

What I like most about BCN is how simple and reliable it is to use. The platform makes it easy to set up campaigns, manage contacts, and send professional communications without overcomplicating the process. The support has always been consistent, and the features keep improving year after year. BCN has been a dependable part of my business growth since 2018

Cons

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming when learning new features like tags and smartlists. It takes a little extra time to understand how everything connects, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes a powerful tool.

Allows me to earn money even while we are asleep, with customers making online bookings 24/7 at their convenience. With the access to setting up automated or scheduled emails is a bonus too.

Pros

BCN have a wonderful work platform with support that is quick helpful. I have been with BCN for many years across three platforms and can not recommended them highly enough to any starter or professional that wants to have their business website, booking system, payments all taken care of with ease, bugs and any issues are either done for you or they will advise on what you are asking. The backend tools are exceptional and covers all aspects need to let the website work for you once all up and running. The SEO is easy to manage allow you help to keep improving your front end website remarkably. Very high security and constant update all down by BCN improving things and adding more useful features, just when you think it cannot get any better! If you are thinking of getting a website thats is easy to use and understand and with the constant free support and help you will not regret it. Bouncy Castle Network are you go to provider.

Cons

Feature requests - never have any updates from Dev team once submitted. I know they are working hard in the background.

As a whole the website is OK. Although the websites all look very much the same across many companies. This doesn't give the chance to stand out and be individual. Maybe have an option to use personal pictures instead of stock photos?We also find that if you call for advice then 9 times out of 10 your asked to watch video links or create a ticket to get a ring back whenever it suits. This isn't really useful if it's something easy to sort with a quick conversion. Finally, we have found two staff members in particular that are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. \[sensitive content hidden\] were a great help, pleasant, patient and full of knowledge with a great way to explain to others what was needed to achieve successful outcomes. Pros

We have found that the online booking works great for our business. It's easy for customers to use and straight forward to understand.

Cons

The relationship workings are very difficult to understand when linking products. We felt that most staff didn't seem to understand it themselves clearly either.

Great customer service. It is value for money and they do eventually listen. It is a great user interface and it is as good as the amount of work you want to put into it.

Perfect. From implementation to launch, completely satisfied. Launch date was over a year and a half ago. Zero down time. Questions answered and business has grown.

Pros

Excellent product. Even better support staff. Answered all my questions and offered advice. Love all the options available to customize our site design. Easy to use.

Cons

Nothing. Very happy with this product. From sales to support. Zero Complaints. After a year and a half still no complaints and zero down time

Amazing experience hands down. way better than all of the other companies i have tried with from the past. they have elevated my rental business big time.

Pros

Cons

There’s not one thing that i don’t like about BCN. They’ve been nothing but helpful to me and it is also very easy to navigate especially for someone that isn’t the most tech savvy like me.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING. There is no comparison in any industry actually. The agents are so helpful and kind

Cons

I'd like to be able to change templates without the $99 charge. The options to tweak my website (without the help of the reps) is limited

Brilliant. They’re constantly improving their system with new features, expanding on the old features, their team are so very supportive of my business.

Pros

The support is phenomenal, since joining back in 2017, they’ve helped not just my website grow but my entire business. The features keep growing, the in-depth functionality of the both the website tools and features. This is not just a website provider, this is so much more! From delivery route and schedules to accessories organisation, event tickets to in-depth product descriptions, it’s amazing!

Cons

They’re not open on weekends (I guess everyone needs a break!), but they’re ticketing system makes up for that. They soon respond back to tickets when back in the office.

Relieved the vast number of phone calls for clients ready to book. About an 80% reduction of calls when we used no website software at all.

Pros

Straightforward and intuitive to allow client to book without questions, texts, calls to complete booking process.

Cons

High learning curve without a dedicated administrator to oversee and control back office. European design takes some adjusting and getting used to.

Foam parties and inflatable bookings can't be booked together with this type of software.

Pros

I have been with BCN over 4 years and love the fast, friendly and knowledgeable people that support our business daily!

Cons

Occasionally there have been glitches, but they are there to guide you through any situation. I'm a complainer and can't find one thing to complain about with this company. Seriously.

Overall amazing experience with BCN, as I said before the customer service is amazing. No question is too big or small. They are on hand around the clock and very prompt and friendly with any questions or issues I have

Pros

Customer service BCN are very prompt with replies, I have used support tickets, live chat and called them, all have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to help.

Cons

I'd like to be able to choose my timeframe between bookings (for example an hour between bookings to allow for travel etc) there's no short way / easy way to do it, so I'd say that could be simplified

The customer service. Along with the software... of course! I'm busy with multiple businesses and BCN makes my life just that much simpler.

Cons

As someone who pays monthly sales tax, it would be awesome to have a place to find just my monthly sales tax received from bookings, instead of tallying by hand.

Any issues have been swiftly dealt with and constant quick response to messages, even after hours which was always very much appreciated

Pros

Everything! The fact that it is constantly updated, leading the charge and totally innovative. Extremely easy to use with superb back up and customer service.

Cons

Too few options for multi day hire. Limited options for high quantity assets like party hire and difficult to search user log. Limited opportunities to research individual stats.

My overall experience has been good. What I like the most about bouncy castle network is the fact that you can call a phone number and talk to real people whenever you want and get help. This is a Honest Company.

Pros

Great looking website! My customers are impressed.

Cons

The learning curve is rough but once you learn how to navigate through the site you won't have any problems.
