We have been especially impressed with the service from the technical team. Pros I have been with BCN for about 8 years and always been very happy with the service. Pros I like that the design can be customised to make each site look different. I like the automations e.g. emails, that the Google reviews appear on the site. Once you have your head around the system it is easy to use. Being able to keep clear track of all our bookings has been vital for our growth, along with customers being able to check availability and book online 24/7. Cons Sometimes there can be a slow response to support requests, and sometime the reply is jargon and needs more messages to solve the issue. The staff are brilliant and responsive to messages and problems. Special mention to Bright as nothing is ever too much for him, always gets any problems sorted. Cons Only negative point is personally I do not like the AI generator. Seems to be very repetitive and isn't cohesive at times.
