No more paper and postage waste when assigning training via Perform Goals!

Pros

We have 45+ restaurant locations across Nebraska and in the past we sent out hard copy Training Checklists when employees were promoted to higher level management positions. Reliant Perform module has allowed us to electronically assign these training tasks and track their completion. No more paper and postage! The systems is very user friendly on the administrative side and user side both.

Cons

My only suggestion for our use of this software is to allow the user to be able to change the date when they check it is completed. For example, if the user checks that a goal/task has been completed, the system automatically date stamps that date. For our purposes, we would like the option for the user to be able to right click the date stamp and adjust the date with a drop down calendar. We hope this feature is added at some point.
