Pros Archive One, generally answered our problem in freeing up office space. Right now we saved around 10% of our occupied office space. Archive One is fast and easy to use Document Management System. Supports several third party software for scanning, etc. Archiving of documents never been this easy before. Cons The software needs to activate first before you can use all the features of a Document Management System which it takes time to get the activation code from the support. Pros What i liked about the software is their simple and clean user interface for managing all of the digital assets (documents) of the company. This is one of the reasons why we awarded the document management system project in the first place. Cons I did not find anything not to like about the software.
