### "Archive One : Literally save space from your Office"

Fast and easy to use unlike other DMS out there.

Pros

Archive One, generally answered our problem in freeing up office space. Right now we saved around 10% of our occupied office space. Archive One is fast and easy to use Document Management System. Supports several third party software for scanning, etc. Archiving of documents never been this easy before.

Cons

The software needs to activate first before you can use all the features of a Document Management System which it takes time to get the activation code from the support.

### "Our office is Paperless, thanks to Archive One"

Overall, Archive One is one of the most powerful and affordable document management solution available in the Market today. The developers have gone from local to international standards in just a few years.

Pros

What i liked about the software is their simple and clean user interface for managing all of the digital assets (documents) of the company. This is one of the reasons why we awarded the document management system project in the first place.

Cons

I did not find anything not to like about the software. It keeps on improving with each version.

The software is good but the support team in the Philippines is too poor

Visibility of documents online. and easy to search

Unable to download multiple documents at the same time..

Cons

Archive One's pricing that starts from 190.70 dollars per month is quite expensive

Easy to search needed documents as long as the title is properly encoded.

Cons

None so far. Though there is a request if we can view reports per person like a book/folder.
