"Not great experience "

**Overall:** Not helpful at all Whenever you have issue with customers they don’t deal with it Don’t wanna deal with complaints As a provider not protected in any way

**Pros:** Unfortunately I can’t list pros as I can’t find any the longer I stay on treatwell . It is just an expensive calendar , just about it .

**Cons:** As a provider of the services we aren’t protected at all . Had two very bad experiences with the customers ( being rude and abusive ) asked treatwell to block them response was ‘nothing we can do about it! ‘ Charging new customers fee even for regular customers that booked in the past ! If they haven’t booked within certain period . High monthly fees. Plus over the roof commission. We have no rights to choose the customers. I had a customer who rescheduled 5 times within a month ! Loss and treatwell won’t do anything about it . Don’t wanna loose my reviews hence still there.

Regarding the periods for commission, this is only charged when we connect new clients to your salon via our marketplace, with a 365 day rebooking window. Any repeat bookings made with you through us are completely free. We also do not charge for bookings made directly through your website, as well as through Facebook and Instagram booking buttons, even if they are a new client.
