Pros

It’s nice to be able to listen to the phone calls and find exactly how your customers are being treated. It’s also saved me money a few times from customers saying I didn’t approve that work or that’s not what I was quoted.

Cons

It can can only record incoming calls.

As mentioned above, CallSource helped to see which marketing activities were effective and with training personnel on how to handle phone calls.

Pros

Ease of use, aid in monitoring effectiveness of advertising campaigns and help in educating how calls should be handled.

Easy to run reports and when needed for training pull recorded calls.

Cons

Occasionally the numbers seem to get crossed or when setting up a number it is taken before you complete the set-up.

Very positive experience from Setting Up to Maintenance. Customer Service is always available with support for all needs.

Pros

Very powerful service that makes assigning and monitoring Vanity lines a breeze.

Cons

The only issues I have is trying to run large reports. The website either lags or completely freezes. You have to run reports in small batches.

If I have any issues with setting up the programs someone is always willing to guide me through.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy to understand and flexible

Cons

Nothing comes to mind here, As with any new software though there is a learning curve. But My rep is a Top performer and doesn't treat you like your dumb and can't figure things out. Which at times that may be true, as sometimes it takes me a little longer to get things into my thick skull.

I've used callsource for may years with this company and before I worked with this company. I've always enjoyed being able to followup with customers and the ability to see if we missed buying signals on the initial call.

Pros

ease of seeing which campaign is ringing our phone the most ability to listen and evaluate employees

Cons

could be easier to navigate and it does not cover all of our incoming lines and local numbers

I am able to listen to my calls and see what I need to change or what more I need to add to my conversations with Clients.

Pros

I like that I can go back and listen to calls that I have taken and make sure I have all my information correct.

Cons

I wish they would type up our conversations so when you do not have the privacy to listen to the call but are able to read through what was said.

I really like that we get feedback.

Pros

I like that they give us feedback on issues I'm struggling with my conversations with customers.

Cons

I don't like that some of the calls are graded when they really should be looked over. I wish that we could get resolutions with certain calls and how to overcome objections.
