Our account rep is always trying to help us utilize the platform better, which is just rare. It's nice to have support and to not have to try very hard to get it.

Pros

Helps us track lead sources and monitor my customer service team's performance on the phones

Cons

no real cons, wish I had more time to devote to utilizing it better

I have had a great exp with the company, My reps are great to work with and get back to me immediately! Customer service with them is top-notch!

Pros

I can see when we have a missed call and what source it came from. We can also go back and listen to calls and work on training. I am able to see where our calls are coming from if it is Facebook, Google or our website for example. Great deal for the cost.

Cons

The dashboard takes a while to load. But not a big deal.

Others in the space have surpassed their ability to be competitive in our space.

Pros

Functionality and Support seem to be good once you get it set up.

Cons

Set-up, maintenance, and UX. Set-up for new numbers was a bear as well as call whispers, etc. New dashboard wasn't presented to us far after it was available.

While I haven't been using the software for a long time, I have had a good experience. They have always been extremely helpful when I call or email with an issue I am having.

Pros

One thing that I love is, I can see who is calling.. how long the call lasted... and get to listen to the call as well to make sure that the customer's needs were satisfied.

Cons

I find that getting into the software is my least favorite experience. Since, I usually only log in one time monthly... I feel that I am always having to get my account information changed in order to access.

I haven't gotten too much into the swing of it. We let our original CSR go right after getting started with CallSource. We are now training our Scheduling Coordinator to take calls...so it's been a bit of a slow start. But love the valuable, real-time data we can get.

Pros

Dashboard. Call Source Listings. Live scoring of calls. Personal training and coaching for our call-takers.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I didn't like yet.

### "Waste of Time if You Don't Fit The Box"

Al though I learned some new things, for the most part is was information that I knew. I have been in customer service for over 10 years, and the coaching opportunities were never brand new information, just a few new spins on old things.

Pros

The coaches were very friendly, and very knowledgeable in the areas they would like you to learn.

Cons

Our company does not fit neatly in to the box Call Source would like you to fit, so our scores were very low, even though we were all improving by our company's standards. Call Source never changed their standards to fit what we needed.

My experience with Call Source has been interesting to say the very least. When I was first introduced to the company I was super excited about all the features, the benefits and the fact that it would minimize the amount of calls that I would have to listen to. Once we were up and running I noticed that some of the calls were getting graded incorrectly and this made me lose so much faith in the company. After 2 conferences calls and going through the calls that were graded and finding the "issues with the grading matrix" we seem to be back on track.

Pros

I loved the dashboard and all the different features that were offered.

Cons

Customizing the evaluation sheet for my business. Its much more complicated than it should be.

I like how I can listen to the calls that come in on numbers.

Cons

Its so aggravating having to reach out to someone to change the campaign name. The dashboard is very outdated.

My overall experience with callsource was positive My callsource coach helped me improve my communication skills. Also I book more calls now that I know how to handle an objection and help the customer showing empathy and using proper wording to up sell the company.

Pros

What I liked most from Callsource is how they adapted their lessons to ones needs. I learned a lot from my coach she was very diligent and answered all of my questions. I can say I improved my skills when it comes to communicating with customers.

Cons

The only thing I disliked was that there was no phone calls for me to review with the rep we had to use my co-workers.

Not being able to change source on own Not entirely easy to use Lack of tutorial - visual to be more specific. Would be best suited to review functionality of the software with a customer representation using Go To Meeting or some visual presentation software.

Not much... I reached out a few times but have not heard back. We paid for the service but have not had the opportunity to do anything with it.

Pros

The demo's looked amazing and I think this product will work well.

Cons

Implementation - purchased in May... Still not using it.
