My experience has been good I just think its expensive and we're paying for features we don't use.

Cons

I feel it is over-priced and deal saver hasn't been beneficial.

Pros

Easy to use, effective, and very comprehensive.

Cons

Freezes fairly often. Have to wait maybe 30-60 seconds for it to either play the next clip or the drop down to appear to assign the call to an employee.

So far pleased easy to set up and start

Pros

Lets me see where my money goes. Saves me money. I have used it as a negotiating tool with my advertisers to get a break on charges.

Cons

Could have a cleaner dashboard. Seems you have to hit a few extra steps to get to the place you want.

### "A normal call tracking system"

Good function for what we are trying to do. Helpful in leads and prospecting

Pros

The best thing is the function where it lists if the call was a prospect, maintenance, current customer, etc. It helps be able to weed through calls to see if workers were able to turn a prospect into an appointment lead.

Cons

The system seems a little slower than other systems.

Pros

It's easy to look through marketing calls and see who took the call, the nature of the call, whether it was a possible opportunity, and whether that opportunity was missed or sold.

Cons

No complaints. I do think there are too many filters when going through calls. Sometimes I wish I could toggle off certain filters.

Everyone I worked with was great! They answered my questions and were easy to work with.

Pros

This software is easy to use and similar to another software we currently use. Very easy to navigate.

Cons

Nothing so far. Again, it is very similar to CallTrackingMetrics, which we use for other vanity phone numbers.
