It tells you average pricing for everything that you are searching for. Super useful when you don't know how much to sell something for. You can also research really quickly for great prices on something that you would like to buy. For doing research it is very useful, I wish I would have know about it sooner. Cons That not everything is included with my ebay store. You need a ebay store subscription to have access to the sourcing insights and that sucks but I understand.
