I honestly don't use the UI much because I only have a few mailboxes and everything I generally need to do can be done via the report that I set every 4 hours. Pros \-Simple to deploy -Granular settings -Tons of control -High catch rate Cons Not much to improve, but I was there during the initial launch and there were some hurdles. But once everything got moved to HTML5 I have really liked the solution in its entirity.
