Working with Waterstreet is great. The customer service they provide is in the top tier of all vendors we use.

Pros

The Maids uses Waterstreet as our operating software for all franchises across our network. The customization of the system allows us to be very flexible with our approach to using the software.

Cons

We have found the need to build some of our own reports because the system did not provide us what we needed initially.
