Das Tool kann gut auf die Prozesse der Firma angepasst werden. Pros Die Applikation ist leicht anpassbar. Mit dem Customizing Wissen kann man eigene Funktionen bauen. Cons Der Webclient steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen. Aber gemäss PLANTA wird kräftig daran gearbeitet. Der normale Full-Client bietet jedoch alle wünschbaren Möglichkeiten.
