We are looking forward to 2024, when we will be able to utilize all the features and services for the first time in a full year. Pros We are very pleased with the amount of detail tracked on the entity profiles, the tracking of compliance tasks, and keeping up to date/point-in-time transactional data easily assessable. The features and new rollouts keep this the single source of truth system we were looking for. The product is easy to use and easy to train on, and the customer support and service are first in class. Cons When we were on-boarding and implementing and at the time of rollout, a lot of new features and changes were released. All the changes were good for our organization, but it was hard on the timing to backtrack with those recently trained. Also, navigating the new way of selecting groups and making some entities private is hard for me. The document automation system alone has saved me countless hours by being able to generate custom template documents and code them to create precedents to be used by multiple staff members, regardless of ability. Pros Athennian is amazing. From its powerful document automation system, fantastic layout, and interface, to its seamless organizational systems to track shareholders, directors, and more, I could not be more pleased. Cons There have been a few times that the document automation has not worked correctly, or some tasks have not worked properly for some time. With that in mind, however, the support team has been absolutely great to work with. And I know I will never lose my documents. Pros I like that I can safely store and access all our minute book and legal document information for the over 220 entities we currently manage. Cons Set up and integration was somewhat straightforward. It takes a bit of work to get your digital minute book to resemble your printed minute book. However once you have on boarded your documents and have the entity set up it is set for life and you need only update it as necessary.
