Comments: My staff loves goMembers and Connect. It allows us to access and work from anywhere. We do not have a costly server any longer. We have not had technical or software problems. Usually just user error. The event capabilities have been great and we have had some challenging problems to overcome. Sometimes it is hard to get someone to speak with you in person, but I see they are getting better. We are considering going with them to host and redesign our website. Then the members only side will be identical to the login for membership and events.

Comments: We converted to Aptean GoMembers and it nearly caused us to close our business. The software is very problematic and requires a lot of internal IT support. We had to completely abandon this software and convert into a new system because it never worked well for us. The support is awful. We also attempted to pay them to create a couple of web pages to collect data, and after 4 months it was still not complete and they expected us to pay for it. This is the worst of the worst, use anything else!
