April 10, 2018 5.0 Pros This software is great, it allows you to track your attendance and holidays, not just for you but for your whole team/ business should you need to. Cons If you have forgotten to clock in on a morning you can do this manually on Kelio but if this is not approved by your manager because he is out of the office then HR may think you haven't been at work and not pay you as you can't put notes on clock in validations. Other key features of this system are real-time reporting and remarkable insight into the data about your workforce for better decisions. Cons Even though it was not a personal problem, a very critical drawback when it comes to Kelio is the initial setup and learning curve. While the interface is generally pretty user-friendly, it takes a considerable amount of time to get used to understanding and configuring all features, especially for first-time users with no prior experience working with workforce management software. In modern times integrations are key, and Kelio is very poor in this area. Candidate profiles are basic; and communication to your team is basic and unreliable. Pros Kelio does time & attendance well. It is very flexible in terms of clocking staff in & out (via biometrics or swipe card); and managing schedules and rotas. Cons The system integrates with nothing. No modern ATS/CRM for input - and doesn't pass out to payroll / Sage etc. Customer Support is minimal. If you can get hold of them it is unusual to find a rep that can fix your issue without needing to escalate. The system is slow and clunky, and difficult to use. Review Source VP Vincent P. Student Research Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Kelio Time" September 7, 2018 5.0 Pros Super easy to use. It's nice to see all jobs employed at with their pay/hour. Cons Can be confusing trying to find total hours of the week. Also, I dislike that the time is rounded to 6min marks instead of 5 min marks. Just can be harder to add total hours to make sure you aren't going over.
