Cons - Logging into Apple Business Manager just to retrieve and deploy apps often turns into an unexpectedly tedious and time‑consuming process, especially when roles, tokens, or permissions get in the way. - Also some shortcomings for their new ID management solutions as it only supports 100% SSO application set up without extra password management functionality for non SSO enabled app. Where for example providers like OKTA do offer a solution for. - I think the last one was the USB port check, which is a requirement for information security audits. And the Apple certificate, since renewing it caused problems with the account that was created, as it took a long time to authenticate. - Recovery Lock / EFI password management can cause issues when wiping or reassigning devices. While the feature is valuable for security, it can block erase operations unless removed ahead of time. Very receptive and helpful support/customer service users. Never spoken to anyone who was anything other than a delight to engage with. **Pros:** Extremely easy to use MDM for device management. Autoapps are a godsend that make managing software version control as frictionless as possible. Expensive but well worth the money in my eyes! **Cons:** Control over unwanted apps is something I feel Iru could do better.
