### "The Collecting Group - Kandji review "

October 24, 2025

5.0

its a great MDM - no issues day to day, barring an occasional small hiccup - loving it. We've got a very good account manager also. Shout out to Camille.

Pros

It's easy to learn, use, and customise and so easy to enforce software updates and patch management.

Cons

Not as many granular options - but a small issue. Also would be better if Threat and Vulnerability were all part of the same initial package instead of add-ons.

### "Kandji MDM Review: A Modern Apple Device Management Solution"

June 16, 2025

5.0

The use of Blueprints allows for streamlined device provisioning and policy deployment. This helps standardize configurations across devices while saving administrative time. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and the online documentation is thorough and easy to follow.

Pros

We started using Kandji's MDM service to help with managing our Mac OS devices and apply controls & policy. We chose this solution because it was very simple to use and the dashboard is easy navigate and work with. This significantly reduces the learning curve for our team. Since implementing it, we’ve seen improvements in our security posture. The support we receive from the Kandji team is great which makes the whole experience even better.

Cons

Kandji is limited to managing Apple devices. Organizations with a mixed OS environment will need an additional MDM platform to manage Windows or Android devices.

### "Get Kandji"

September 24, 2025

5.0

Quite incredible. Kandji has allowed us to meet and achieve our goals for software deployment, software patching, endpoint compliance, reporting, and integration with other SaaS systems. It's been an excellent tool for us.

Pros

Kandji is incredibly simple to use and lightning fast. 95% of the software deployment, patching, and security configuration changes I needed to implement were pre-packaged and ready to go.

Cons

The interface took some getting used to as it is a bit different than other MDMs. But it has an intuitive design and is easy to get used to.

### "Iru saves time! "

November 24, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience has been very positive. The platform really shines when you’re managing an Apple-device fleet: it simplifies onboarding, dramatically cuts down repetitive tasks (like software deployment, patching, update enforcement), and helps maintain a strong security posture. The admin interface is clean and well-designed, and support has been responsive and genuinely helpful. For teams focused on Apple device management, Kandji stands out as a smooth, reliable solution.

Pros

Iru saves us a lot of time. fast learning curve, great for our apple ecosystem, super easy and clean UI

Cons

i don't like the pricing system (tiers of 25 licenses) because it doesn't suits small businesses like ours.

### "Fantastic MDM!"

September 10, 2025

5.0

Our experience with Kandji has been overwhelmingly positive and transformative for our IT operations. The platform delivered on its promises from day one—implementation was straightforward, and we saw immediate improvements in our device management efficiency.

Pros

Kandji has been transformational for our organisation—incredibly easy to implement and delivering immediate results. We've eliminated manual app patching and the constant follow-up with users about OS updates, with everything now streamlined and automated. The Kandji support team has been outstanding, providing exceptional responsiveness whenever we've needed assistance. Their new vulnerability management add-on has enhanced our endpoint visibility, significantly strengthening our overall security posture.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is the auto app library could be larger but this isn't a huge issue and apps from the Apple App Store can also added through integration.

### "Kandji Review - CDP Worldwide"

September 12, 2025

5.0

So far so good, everything works as expected. Love it! The customer support and overall platform is great! Kandji has security in-mind when they are building their products which is great to see in todays world! They understand what their customers want.

Pros

Love how easy and simple it is to configure the library items and get things working quickly. The customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced with any product.

Cons

Third-party applications are a slight challenge such as Privileges App. As this is open source, there is minimal support for this product and I've seen a few cases where we are having to create new profiles for users just because this app is failing to work on their current profile. Would be nice to see support for BYOD.

### "Easiest and most Professional MDM for Mac"

July 16, 2025

5.0

Coming from other MDM solutions, Kandji really made Mac management easy to setup and use. Their support always has the answer for any trouble we might experience and are always available. No " We need to contact engineers and will get back to you in an e-mail " If you ask them something they have the answers right away. It's worth every penny.

Pros

Kandji made device preparation and management the easiest I have ever experienced. Everything just works without any headache.

Cons

Made the team a little bit lazy around inventory tracking, because we easily know who has what device.

### "Kandji's always improving "

June 18, 2025

5.0

Kandji is a solid, efficient and well supported platform. I feel that most questions I have are easily answered or if not support is responsive. For maintaining our mac fleet its a critical piece of our company and the efficiency built into the platform such as auto apps make it simple and easy to keep the day to day operations running smoothly.

Pros

Kandji has been great about improving their platform over time. For example, the new blueprint assignment maps are awesome! It has really helped me visualize my deployments and cut down on the number of blueprints we need. It also has been much quicker for devices to receive their pushes in the hew maps.

Cons

Device identification and grouping can be a little cumbersome. I would like to be able to have a dynamic way to identify devices that cannot receive the most recent OS updates and need to do some workarounds to achieve this.

### "Happy Customers"

February 19, 2026

5.0

Very positive, we'd recommend Iru to anyone whether they are standing up an MDM for the first time or migrating from another.

Pros

We came from a popular Mac-focused four-letter MDM and have really enjoyed the Iru platform. Customer support is night-and-day easier, the product is more than capable for our enterprise compliance needs, and you don't feel like the product is getting worse+costing more due to private equity ownership.

Cons

I do wish there was more enablement with custom needs. Anything that requires a script to run, support is hands-off.

### "MDM done well!"

October 21, 2025

5.0

Overall the support and system itself is a win. We were able to cut down on cost and increase ROI with our migration.

Pros

The ease of use for Kandji is amazing. Very simple migration and deployment process. All of my applications can be managed, even the ones we do not deploy. The built in vulnerability and EDR features are amazing.

Cons

I do wish their liftoff feature could be used in the assignment map rather than being segmented out to multiple blueprints.

### "Kandji - MDM Standard for Mac"

April 28, 2025

5.0

I have enjoyed the process so far. Setup was intuitive, upkeep has been easy. They are always open to feature requests, and my experiencess within Kandji onboarding and support were all very positive.

Pros

I appreciate that Kandji just seems to work. With other products I've found inconsistent results, but Kandji just seems to do what it's supposed to do. That's really all that I ask for, and Kandji delivers. If I ever run into issues with Kandji, their support is as good as it gets in the industry.

Cons

I appreciate Kandji's simplicity, but I have run into a few items that require bootstrapped solutions instead of something native within the console. I think with time and development Kandji will continue to build out a lot of gui based capabilities that currently require scripted solutions.

### "The Best Apple MDM Solution"

July 24, 2025

5.0

Pros

Very easy to deploy. Was able to get the platform rolled out in one business week. The UI is very intuitive and easy to administer. The Prism module is great when digging into something for your fleet. Their EDR functionality is great and doesn't require a separate agent install. The support team is super responsive and helpful when needed.

Cons

Rarely we will get some false positives flagged by the EDR but that is improving and not a frequent problem that we run into.

### "Freshly onboarded happy customer ;)"

November 6, 2025

5.0

As of now we're super happy and would definitely recommend your product to others. We're also looking forward to more features and portal development to make it even better and we're confident you can do it :)

Pros

Reliability - something that we as the IT team been missing for a long time with our previous MDM solution. Whatever we work on, whatever we enrol to our devices we're very confident it's gonna work just fine and it takes away a lot of headache from us.

Cons

I would not say I didn't like something but rather that I see some place for some development that would make the device management a bit easier. Eg. some insights on app usage of devices, runtime etc. exemptions of library items for single devices, a bit more flexibility on updates push timeframe.

### "IT JUST WORKS!"

July 23, 2025

Overall the experience has been great. Everything works well. There is some room for improvement. But overall I would highly recommend.

Pros

\- It just works! - Super simple to setup and maintain. - The intergrations work seamlessly - Support is wonderful. - Has a lot of functionality - The security templates are really useful - Pricing is fair

Cons

\- The whole Entra or even Google setup for logging into computers is a bit clunky and confusing to setup and manage. - Limited support out the box for industry standard apps like SentinelOne and limited support. - No remote management software built in. - No proper solution to giving users temp admin access.

### "The best MDM platform on the market!"

October 9, 2025

5.0

From the moment I found out about Kandji, to present day where we have our entire fleet on their MDM and EDR services, the team at Kandji has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Their services are world-class and our entire organization (especially IT) feel assured that our computer fleet is protected and streamlined.

Pros

Kandji offers a robust MDM solution that is as approachable as it is granular in its functionality. We are a small team so it was critical to find an MDM that covered our needs but also allowed us to get signed up without a prohibitively steep learning curve. I feel assured, knowing that we can scale the service as our needs and organization grow.

Cons

There is a learning curve but that's to be expected. As someone who is coming from the Creative Tech space (audio plugin software development), there was a considerable learning curve involved in getting me up to speed with MDM, EDR and all of the various associated subjects. Having said that, I can't really put this on Kandji as a "Con" - if anything, Kandji makes things as approachable as humanly possible. I truly can't think of a con other than the pricing but even that is very reasonable and competitive.

Pros

### "Solid MDM solution with great setup process, but the software library could use some improvements for better workflow"

July 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Kandji has been very positive despite some minor frustrations. While the software library has room for improvement, the platform's ease of setup and solid feature set make it a reliable choice for mobile device management needs.

Pros

The initial setup process was remarkably straightforward and user-friendly, which made getting our device management system up and running much faster than expected. Kandji offers a nice collection of features that cover most of our mobile device management needs effectively. The interface is intuitive and the core functionality works reliably for day-to-day device administration tasks.

Cons

The software library can be challenging to navigate and work with at times, making it more time-consuming than necessary to find and deploy applications. The library interface could benefit from better organization and search functionality to streamline the software management workflow for administrators.

### "Kandji Makes Apple Device Management Effortless and Reliable"

July 9, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with Kandji has been excellent. It has made Apple device management simple, scalable, and even enjoyable. We trust the platform completely and feel confident knowing our fleet is in good hands. We’ve recommended Kandji to others and will continue to do so it’s a product we truly believe in.

Pros

Kandji has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is beautifully designed, easy to use, and incredibly powerful. We especially love the automation features, which save us tons of time and ensure our devices are always secure and up to date. The Auto Apps and pre-built configurations make setup fast and consistent. Support has also been fantastic — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to criticize. If we had to mention anything, it would be amazing to have built-in remote screen sharing functionality (similar to AnyDesk) to help provide direct technical support when needed.

### "Powerful Apple MDM with Excellent UX and Strong Security Focus"

August 7, 2025

4.0

Overall, Kandji is a powerful, modern MDM solution that greatly improves the experience of managing Apple fleets at scale. Once properly configured, it reduces overhead, ensures compliance, and gives IT teams confidence in their fleet security. Like any robust platform, there’s a learning curve and occasional edge-case hurdles (like firmware lock handling), but support and documentation are solid.

Pros

Pros: What did you like most about Kandji? Kandji makes Apple device management incredibly streamlined. The UI is clean, intuitive, and modern ,much better than older MDMs. Automated app patching and Blueprint management save tons of time. I also appreciate the visibility into device compliance and the ability to push critical configurations remotely. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

Recovery Lock / EFI password management can cause issues when wiping or reassigning devices. While the feature is valuable for security, it can block erase operations unless removed ahead of time. This isn’t always clearly surfaced until after the erase fails. I’d like better automation or clearer pre-flight warnings for these cases.

### "Effortless Apple Device Management with Exceptional Support"

August 7, 2025

5.0

Kandji has helped us streamline our entire Mac fleet management. From onboarding to policy enforcement to ongoing compliance, device management is nearly invisible for our end users — precisely what we want. The platform feels modern and reliable, and the Kandji team cares about product quality and customer success.

Pros

Kandji’s standout feature is its intuitive interface combined with powerful automation. Thanks to Auto-Enroll and zero-touch deployment, setting up new Macs is a breeze. The pre-built library of scripts and compliance controls has saved us countless hours of custom configuration work. The integration with Apple Business Manager is seamless, and Kandji continuously rolls out thoughtful updates that genuinely improve workflows.

Cons

The biggest downside is limited support for non-Apple devices, which isn’t a significant issue for us but could be for mixed-environment organizations. The pricing is also on the higher end, especially for smaller teams.

### "My favorite MacOS MDM"

July 19, 2025

Very positive for the reasons I mentioned above. It's also pretty easy for our staff to pick up who have less MDM experience.

Pros

The UI has a very clean and intuitive design, which is also very easy and pleasant to use unlike other MDMs I've used in the past.
