### "Reliable and easy-to-use MDM solution for Apple devices"

November 10, 2025

5.0

Managing around 250 macOS and 200 iOS systems has become much easier since adopting Iru. The platform is stable, reliable, and well integrated with Apple Business Manager. Overall, it’s a solid MDM solution that I would definitely recommend.

Pros

Iru is extremely intuitive and easy to manage. It simplifies the deployment and ongoing management of our macOS and iOS devices, offering a clean interface and clear policies. The automation features save a lot of time compared to other MDM solutions we used before.

Cons

The customization for very niche workflows could be further enhanced; however, the current scope already covers the vast majority of our needs.

Switched from

We switched from Jamf to Iru mainly for its simplicity and ease of use. Iru offered a more modern interface and faster setup, making device management more efficient for our team.

### "Kandji is extremely Solid"

July 11, 2025

4.0

Overall, we are very happy with Kandji, however their price has crept up over the years and the lack of advanced features may be a blocker for some, but not matter to others just looking for the basics.

Pros

Kandji handles the MDM basics extremely well. We run into very few operating issues if any. Their support is top notch and probably the best resource for smaller teams!

Cons

You will not find a lot of advanced features like Smart Groups or extension attributes and Kandji's pricetag has been slowly inflating beyond their core value I believe.

### "Great Product for MDM Needs"

July 11, 2025

4.0

Kandji is simple and easy to use. Love how it deploys well on our Macs and apple devices. Easy to use and understand.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and deploy. The support is great, I have never had a bad experience with support and they are fast and efficient. They have a great library and it is easy to sync apps from ABM to our Kandji instance

Cons

Personally I don't like how you cannot access library when you are over the device limit as it causes some limitations in our work.

### "Easy Apple MDM"

June 26, 2025

5.0

Excellent, works perfectly in our environment and with our compliance tools etc. When the EP module is bit more mature will likely onboard that as well

Pros

Ease of management and implementation - Getting Kandji up and running was a breeze, the blueprints etc make logical sense, and transition from trial to production was instant

Cons

Wish it covered Linux and Windows so I could have just one MDM! I've yet to use another MDM platform that's half as functional and easy to use.

### "Kandji Makes Mac Management Effortless”"

July 18, 2025

5.0

The platform is intuitive, modern, and makes managing Apple devices much easier compared to traditional MDM tools

Pros

What I liked most about Kandji is its simplicity and automation. Zero-touch deployment through Apple Business Manager makes Mac provisioning seamless, reducing manual setup significantly.

Cons

Some advanced configurations still require custom scripts rather than native UI options, real-time status updates occasionally have slight delays, which can affect troubleshooting during deployments.”

### "Kandji Makes It Simple! "

June 17, 2025

5.0

Kandji has given us the ability to manage our fleet of Macs and make sure that we are staying compliant with OS updates and other software updates. I would deploy Kandji at any other company. They continue to work hard to add new features.

Pros

Simplicity of setup. Kandji's documentation is also very clear and concise. Anytime we have run into any issues customer support has been able to quickly get us answers and get us up and running again.

Cons

Password integration with Google and Macs is a little bit challenging when end users don't go through the proper reset flow.

Happy with our experience! The tool experience pretty seamless, and communication with Kandji staff is always pleasant and helpful

Pros

### "Definitely worth checking out"

June 16, 2025

It's been a very smooth process from beginning to now, and we've been using Kandji for a couple of years now.

Pros

Kandji has a really user friendly interface which is easy to use, very straight-forward to setup, and has made the whole process a lot smoother due to having everything easy to find. The team at Kandji was always very responsive which made the experience even better.

Cons

Kandji is an overall mature product that doesn't really have any lacking parts in my opinion. I can't find something I dislike at this point.

### "Kandji is the all-in-one device management that will save you a lot of time"

July 22, 2025

We have been very happy since we started using kandji. It really saves us a lot of precious time on IT managemenet so we can focus on our business. I really command it to small business that most of the time do not have dedidated IT team for device management.

Pros

\- Easy of setup and use - Quality of onboarding and support - Great interfaces and very simple configuration profiles via blueprints

Cons

### "Great and easy to use"

July 15, 2025

4.0

Fantastic experience. The platform itself is great and the resources are just as helpful. The knowledge base articles are useful, and the support is awesome. They are quick to respond to chats and emails.

Pros

Simplicity. It is vert easy to build up the self service portal with Auto Apps and App Store apps. Custom apps are a breeze, just 1 page, upload your pkg, and you are pretty much set.

Cons

The Alerts page can use a little more TLC. I do like that all the alerts are in 1 place and can be sorted, but there is not a way to clear them from the page. If there was a way to clear or reset alerts to see if they are real issues or false positives would be great.

### "Kandji MDM internal IT"

June 17, 2025

5.0

I would classify the overall experience with Kandji as excellent. The few times I've needed support it has been quick and clear. The renewal process has been easy. They continue to improve the product without loosing what made it good to begin with.

Pros

Ease of use and overall reliability, liftoff for zero touch deployments. And the healthy list of auto Apps.

Cons

Updates, could use more refinement, this is improving but still a sore point. Not being able to run scripts at a device level rather than blueprint level

### "Streamlined Apple Device Management with Great Support"

October 3, 2025

5.0

Overall, Kandji has been a solid solution for managing our Apple devices. The platform feels modern and user-friendly, with strong support and regular updates. While it isn’t the cheapest option, the value comes from time saved and the peace of mind of knowing devices are secured and compliant. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable, and the device management side has helped us streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.

Pros

The clean interface and automation tools really cut down the time needed for device management. The zero-touch deployment and blueprints make onboarding new devices smooth, and the automated compliance monitoring saves a lot of headaches.

Cons

For smaller businesses it can feel a little expensive, but system is great and saves a lot of time in a long run.

### "A Streamlined MDM Built for Apple-Only Teams"

July 29, 2025

5.0

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The platform is polished, intuitive, and reliable. It’s clear that Kandji is purpose-built for Apple environments, and for that use case, it really shines. Support has also been responsive whenever we’ve needed help. It’s taken a lot of the pain out of managing our Macs.

Pros

Kandji prioritises ease of use and fast setup, which made onboarding our devices smooth and stress-free. The Auto-Apps library is excellent—having a curated list of ready-to-deploy apps eliminates the usual hassle of packaging and updating software manually. The Liftoff feature is great for setting up new devices in a consistent and streamlined way, especially useful for remote or distributed teams.

Cons

It’s limited to Apple devices only, so there’s no support for Windows or Android, which means having a second MDM for any edge cases. More advanced MDM tasks, especially those involving custom scripts or one-off device actions, weren’t always straightforward. We encountered several limitations and workarounds. Licensing is sold in blocks of 25, which isn’t ideal for smaller teams or those growing incrementally.

### "Perfect journey with Kandji ! "

September 12, 2025

5.0

So far, the journey with Kandji has been great. Device management, Vulnerabilities, Threat detection, I feel safe !

Pros

I used to be a miradore user, but I discovered with Kandji a super simple MDM, to protect all the company devices, and new features added regularly. The support is also super reactive.

Cons

I'm not a Windows fan but it would be great if they also protect other devices than Apple (all the finance guys that don't want to use an apple computer need to be secured with another software)

### "Effortless Mac Management with Outstanding Support"

July 18, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with Kandji has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and makes deploying and managing Macs far smoother than our previous MDM solution. Support has been responsive and knowledgeable, and the onboarding team (\[sensitive content hidden\]) made the transition seamless. We especially appreciate the depth of automation and the user-friendly Self Service portal, which has already saved our team a lot of time.

Pros

The Kandji platform has been a game-changer for our IT workflows. Its clean UI, seamless Apple-first integration, and powerful automation tools (like Liftoff and Passport) make device setup and ongoing management incredibly efficient. We especially value the Self Service app, which empowers users while reducing support requests, and the support team, who’ve consistently gone above and beyond with fast, expert help.

Cons

Some features that seem basic (like randomising or rotating local admin passwords) still require workarounds or custom scripting. Also, having to manually install the MDM profile for non-ADE devices can be a bit clunky for remote users. It would be great if these flows were more automated.

### "System Administrator"

September 16, 2025

4.0

Pros

\- Very easy to use, with a clean and user-friendly interface. - The documentation is thorough and informative, making setup and management straightforward. - Their customer support team is outstanding, always quick to respond via chat or email. - I also appreciate the wide range of Auto Apps available and how simple it is to configure privacy policies. Overall, a reliable and efficient platform for managing Apple devices.

Cons

\- The pricing model is based on device packages (e.g., 100/200/300), which can feel restrictive and less flexible for companies with in-between needs. - Remote access to end-user devices directly from the dashboard is still missing, a feature many admins would find extremely useful. - No straightforward option to change user privileges (e.g., switching accounts between standard and admin) from the console.

Positive, as a manager of almost 300 devices it's working well for us. I would like to see some more data driven functionality for reporting

Pros

Easy to use, lots of features and takes a lot of the clunkiness away that you find in other MDM's. Features are rolled out quite regularly

Cons

June 18, 2025

Our experience with Kandji has been excellent. It simplified Apple device management across our organization. The platform is reliable, support is responsive, and we’ve seen major efficiency gains since switching.

Pros

I switched to Kandji from JAMF Pro in a past company and haven't looked back. It just does what it's supposed to do without constant upkeep.

Pros

Pros

### "Kandji to the rescue!"

September 4, 2025

5.0

Overall Kandji has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to managing our Mac devices. The simplicity of the platform has saved us hours of manual labour when setting up our devices. We will certainly be looking at moving over our iOS devices in the near future.

Pros

I really like the simplicity and ease of use when using Kandji. This has vastly improved our turnover time when wiping our devices and preparing them for the new academic year. Moving from Microsoft Intune, Kandji offers a more complete and customisable experience. The support Kandji team has been superb getting us onboard. I've not had to contact the team for any issues as the Kandji portal is self-intuitive. I was able to get up and running within minutes. The management of our Mac devices has never been easier.

Cons

No issues with Kandji at this moment in time. My only regret is not moving to Kandji earlier. Coming from a MDM which has no costs for enrolling devices while I feel while Kandji is good value for money that devices costs could be slightly lower.
