Overall, iTRUST has successfully modernized our day-to-day operations. The cloud-based architecture allows our providers to securely access records from anywhere, and our front desk spends much less time on manual data entry.

Pros

I love that it consolidates everything we need into a single, cloud-based platform. Having everything in one place eliminates the need to juggle multiple software programs.

Cons

Because it is such a comprehensive system, there is an initial learning curve when migrating from older software.

Pros

Easy to use platform – it’s straightforward to buy and sell crypto and precious metals inside an IRA.

Cons

If you want to control your own crypto wallet, this platform isn’t designed for that. Higher trading costs then others.

Pros

The quality of their customer service. Was very helpful and patient with my questions and conveyed knowledge of crypto well enough to understand my peripheral questions.

Cons

At this point, I have not had any negative experiences. Everyone I have spoke. With has been very helpful.

I had a good experience with iTrust Optical. The system was easy to use and didn’t take long to figure out. The pricing felt fair for the service provided. Customer support was helpful, and communication about my appointment was clear. The features covered everything I needed without being complicated. Everything worked smoothly and quickly, and my visit was well organized. Overall, I would recommend iTrust Optical.

Pros

pro is that the system was very easy to use, and the pricing felt fair for the level of service I received. The process was straightforward from start to finish, and I appreciated that I did not have to spend extra time figuring out how anything worked.

Cons

A con is that the experience felt a little basic, so there was not much room for customization or personalization. It met my needs, but it did not offer many advanced features or options for tailoring the experience to my preferences.

I love the simple clean interface and onboarding is amazing. Once again customer support is amazing! The agents are patient and clear with communication during the onboard process. The learning curve is simple and really you can tell this company has a value for money.

Pros

Customer support is world class! The agents are patient and clear during the onboarding process. The performance and speed on executions (24/7) are unmatched. Crypto transactions are transparent with no hidden fees!

Cons

My only gripe is that it's only for crypto and metals but I wouldn't consider it con. The other features more than make up for this.

I think that patient care is very involved with iTRUST it seems as thou everything is available for helping patients which is truly what needs to happen in any setting.

Pros

I like the work flow and auto-coding features to equip the employee with many tools that they would need for their patient.

Cons

Learning Curve it looks like any multifaceted all in one tool, I would estimate 1 day of work to get a good handle on it.

It's been very positive and well worth the money. For smaller practices it's nice to have the software do the work.

Pros

There's peace of mind in knowing that something as serious as medical records and appointments is easy to use and reliable.

Cons

Overall my experience has been satisfactory, but there was a few refresh glitches that could have been on my network's end.
