Transfer fees, trading fees, what kind of customer service I should expect, etc. And there was at least one other company that had my decision teetering. But then they didn’t call me back. So I went with iTrust. In the beginning, there was quite a hassle, though, not with iTrust. It was another company that had a decent amount of a rollover of a Traditional IRA of mine. The hassle was that they would not release the funds. For weeks, they kept declaring that they didn’t receive the faxes or the emails requesting the transfer to iTrust. I became rather irritated with the individual at iTrust that, I felt, was not putting in a great deal of effort to help me get those funds moved. Then \[sensitive content hidden\] stepped in. It took a few calls, three-way calls, but in the end, about a week or so later, the funds were transferred. By the way, if you have any funds at Inspira and plan have a future intention on moving those funds, be prepared. It won’t be easy. But thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], those fund were transferred. After that, everything was extremely easy. The only downside that I’m not thrilled with is that the spot price and buy price are a little different. But after some research and experience with other platforms, that is normal. So far, my experience with iTrust is great and I expect to have a good future with them.
