Cons We hadden het interessant gevonden dat de invuller van het document ook een overzicht krijgt van zijn/haar ingevulde antwoorden. It helped us a lot to optimize our contract drafting processes. Pros With ClauseBase, lawyers can grasp the most delicate legal nuances in clauses and adapt contracts to the specific needs of the client. ClauseBase saves us a lot of time when drafting contracts. We can now spend that saved time in building the relationship with the client and in guiding them through the contracts. Cons ClauseBase is a powerful software that offers many possibilities, but it takes some time and willingness to learn implementing documents in it. Populating ClauseBase with intelligent contract clauses requires tech-savvy lawyers, determination and patience. We are still on the adoption track. But we can say for sure that it will be worth the effort. Pros It takes time to get used to the software, but once you are on it, there is hardly an alternative for contract drafters. It is built for multi-language contracts from the ground up. It can tackle the hardest contract automation tasks. It allows "export" the contract content to non-lawyers through easily created Q&As. It can integrate with primitive as well as advanced databases, electronic signatures. The customer support is excellent. Cons The learning curve is steep for less tech-savvy staff (lawyers), thus it might slow down the adoption. The software is still being improved, often based on user requests. Certain features are less intuitive than one might expect, but they are easy to get used to. Pros Automatisatie van complexe juridische documenten, in ons geval met name inzake de plaatsing en uitvoering van overheidsopdrachten (public tenders). Cons Stijle leercurve om alle toeters en bellen van de toepassing ten volle in te zetten en te ontdekken, maar wijst na wat inzet vrij snel zichzelf allemaal wel uit.
