Un outil fiable et relativement simple à prendre en main pour des RH. Des équipes à l'écoute pour répondre à nos besoins rapidement.

Pros

Permettre d'optimiser la multi-diffusion d'offres d'emploi. Des équipes à l'écoute et capables de répondre rapidement à nos besoin en cas de problèmes. Outil fiable, peu de problèmes rencontrés et toujours rapidement résolus.

Cons

L'outil est simple pour des RH mais moins accessible pour des managers recruteurs. J'aurais apprécié que l'outil se modernise ces dernières années pour faciliter/optimiser encore plus la diffusion de nos offres.

Pros

L'utilisation de Talentplug est simple, le tri des candidatures est facile et on peut en traiter un grand nombre.

Cons

La diffusion de très nombreuses annonces n'est pas facilitée (même si on peut faire des modèles d'annonces), le chemin pour la publication d'annonces similaires gagnerait à être faciliter. A certaines heures (heures de pointes, env. 17 heures), le site peut ralentir.
