Pros

My ability to communicate instantly with my team and guests! Love the ability to schedule tasks, market directly to guests!

Cons

No complaints at all, learning was a breeze, so user friendly

Pros

The product is easy to use and syncs with our PMS smoothly. The review aspect and being able to keep in constant contact with our guests is a great help for our property.

Cons

Sometimes information gets switched up between reservations, or updated phone numbers do not sync from the system.

Their support team is great!

Pros

We liked that Whistle. allows us to easily communicate with the guests staying in our campground. They don't need WiFi to talk to us which is a plus.

Cons

It's hard to understand at first but once you start using the software, it's easy!

Pros

Whistle integrates with our system wonderfully! It gives our guests an easy option of contacting our staff members and we are able to easily navigate throughout the system. We love Whistle!

Cons

Nothing has been brought to my attention that we don't like.

Help with contactless Covid communications and communications with guests overall is a boon.

Pros

Excellent was to be in touch with guests for contactless Covid seasons. I LOVE the rating system given to the guests when they check out.

Cons

I HATE getting Whistle escallations constantly especially for something like the guest texted"Thank you." or "ok"
