A very fascinating user interface having an Agent panel and Admin panel. This is a web-based apps so that we can be logged in if we have a real IP form anywhere. The apps can be maintained from cloud. The apps can support multi-campaign. Multiple task can be performed like inbound and outbound and multi-company van be supported by it. Its IVR feature is very much customizable and manageable as well as easy to use. CRM, SMS, Agent View, in-group and mute option is very much easy to use as contained in menu bar.
