\- Customer Service is great - Mobile app is fantastic

Cons

\- UX is improvable - Lot's of features are available on higher plan only (e.g. API) :( - Set up answer machine/mailbox is a complex

Pros

A nice piece of software if you are looking for a low cost cloud contact centre. It’s a startup so they are quite flexible and responsive

Cons

No graphical ivr , no one stop shop for DDI s, lacking some more advanced call centre features and customizations

Pros

Super simple to set up and is cross platform so it work just about everywhere. Perfect for a growing ecommerce business like ours since there's room in the product features to scale with our needs.

Cons

The base plan, which we're currently on has very few customization options for a voice recording. There's a bit of a learning curve when first using the the software as well.

Everything is good. Maybe couple of things that I might like to see is, pricing in local currency or atleast in $s. and at very onset, option to choose your own number, which you can choose later though

Overall, it is an amazing mobile software app that it right at the tips of my finger. CloudTalk allows us to listen to recordings and go back in them if needed and also helps drive more value into business. Having a way of keeping track of clients and being able to access information easily is very essential!

Pros

CloudTalk is very helpful when communicating within companies for customer service teams as well as sales teams. It is very easy to set up, learn how to use, and get started right away! It is a great tool for businesses to have for the low cost and great quality.

Cons

Sometimes there are small outages due to internet connection, however this is a very sparse issue. Other than that, this software is amazing and it recommended for all companies to check out!

So I am very satisfied with CloudTalk so why not get it? You will be very satisfied with it!!!

Pros

I liked that there was a feature that you can call clients from your computer but from your phone too. There was a lot of features that I was using very often.

Cons

The only problem is that the credits price was a little bit high.
