Pros

I really appreciate the ability to listen back to my calls. I also enjoy the functionality of forwarding calls to cellphones. On top of this, I really enjoy the user-friendly interface, and how cloud talk also has a great mobile app which can be coordinated with its desktop applicaiton.

Cons

I find the lack of international use (calling foreign numbers), and certain restrictions on this front without an administrator modifying the settings quite frustrating when one works in an international business environment.

We're solving the hassle of having to worry whether our costumer gets a good experience or not. We know that someone is going to be available on the other end. That's a huge plus for us.

Pros

We're able to implement this software within minutes and it just works. The design is very intuitive for us as a team.

Cons

The iPhone app could use some more features in my opinion.

Pretty cheap, easy setup and a good free tier. The other products are really lacking that.

They need an app for phone too that is good.

You can make calls very easily with CloudTalk. It has many useful tools (features) and it is not necessary to understand IT/technology at all.

Cons

I had to setup CloudTalk myself, but it was easy and they can guide you through this process.

### "Highly Effective Low Cost Softphone for International Calls"

I have been using Cloudtalk for a good quarter now and I am pleased with the service. The call rates are extremely competitive and I like the simplicity of the tool. It basically provides a simple softpad phone to make lots of quick-fire calls and I like the fact that they are recorded and logged - Perfect if you want to forward a copy of the call to a colleague or simply listen for your own benefit to extract some details - I like the fact there is a phone app too - useful if you are getting call backs if you are out of the office or away from the desk top app. Finally if you are patiant, then it integrates nicely with PipeDrive and provides lots of useful metric for senior management - a good all round tool

Pros

\- Easy to use - Easy to integrate with your CRM system - Very cost efficient - Simple but effective dashboard with just want you need and not overkill of features that most people wouldnt need

Cons

Sometimes you have to be patiant for the softphone to appear before you can dial out from your CRM system but it's nothing you cant live with.

Cloudtalk gave us full flexibility over our incoming phone setup. We can easily switch between mobiles, computers, etc wherever we are and it connects with our CRM, so all calls our tracked and connected into our other workflows.

Pros

I was very impressed with the customer support we received from Cloudtalk. From our first contact to the porting of our number (the reason why we had to leave our previous provider) went fast and smooth. It has all the functionalities you'd want from a cloud based phone system.

Cons

If you're new to a cloud based phone system, the setup can be a bit confusing and the guiding documentation is quite complex.

Great so far. Minor hiccups, but the team has been great about addressing them honsetly.

Pros

The customer support team. They are extremely responsive and very friendly.

Cons

No ability to put the extension in before making the call, it is also not possible for a supervisor to listen live without the user knowing.

From all my experience I can say that CloudTalk’s second name should be GAME CHANGER. They delivered on all of my wishes and problems in no time!

Pros

There are so many pros, but the most life changing was the costumer service that help us out in our time of need.

Cons

The only thing I can think of, and it’s not even a con, is that the technology is so advanced we were weirded out for a few minutes when we started.

### "Great call centre software for sales activities"

We use it for outbound and inbound sales. Our organization is data-driven, all calls are tracked and recorded, hence we have all data we need to track our sales activities. Cloudtalk is integrated with Salesforce which is also very convenient. Furthermore, we have different phone numbers for different regions that we are targeting.

Pros

Software is extemely convenient and very easy to use. I have it integrated with Salesforce, as an app on my computer and as an app on my phone. Thus, calling is super easy with this software.

Cons

Currently, I did not face any problems with this software. We looked for other alternatives and it was the one that fit our needs. We'll see how it goes when our team will grow.

### "Porting in numbers "

Call quality is not the best, but the porting it the major issue.

Pros

I don't feel that anything is positive right now

Cons

This is an impossible task and no one knows how to help. We have filled out the paperwork over and over and been rejected and the Guy \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who is supposed to help us will not. He either does not know how to do it or is lazy and will not help us. They said it would take about 3 weeks to do and that was 7 months ago.

I chose Cloud talk because I saw it in HelpScout.

Easy to implement and use. Affordable for startup as well. Great customer support.

Pros

CloudTalk is in my opinion good value for money. It has nicely done phone features, simple UI which is easy to navigate, and various integrations which you can use without any coding knowledge. Customer support is also very good and responds pretty quickly. High quality of calls, service and customer support for a reasonable price.

Cons

Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome.There are only four packages to choose from without the possibility to use per user billing.

Pros

\- easy to integrate - there is no need to have any technical knowledge it takes only a few clicks to set it up; - it is possible to transfer contacts (selected or all) e.g. from Hubspot to CloudTalk; - the automatic recording gives the possibility to relisten to my calls later on - this allows me to work on improving my communication skills.

Cons

Better for big companies like call center than for small ones.

It’s great on paper, but the service hasn’t worked for the last two weeks. Quite disappointing.

Cons

Customer Service inefficiency to resolve an issue. Can’t call out or send text messages.

Reason for choosing CloudTalk

It offers SMS text messaging. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to use this feature because it hasn’t worked.

CloudTalk is great for monitoring inbound calls, with a user friendly interface

Cons

The application will log you out if you close the window for the app on the desktop. Would be great if you stay logged in even if the window is closed by accident

I have been testing a lot of voip service companies for a long time. A few weeks ago I met Cloudtalk and used their services for free for 14 days. In my opinion, there is a very good service. I plan to use their services in the future.

Cons

I think the cost of international calls is quite expensive. I suggest that prices should be reduced.

Pros

The pricing is really good. You can get a local incoming number for 2€ / month. Also per agent price is also not bad. Onboarding team was eager to help. Also the flexible models lets us manage our pricing per agent so we can add/remove seats as we want.

Cons

The integration features with CRM systems like Hubspot aren't perfect. Also the android app keeps freezing.

Quick to start. You have a telephony system set up in less than an hour. Add new users on the fly.

Personally, as long as the software works, I like the interface of the solution. Easy to use and monetization of our calls is a big advantage. CloudTalk helps us with customer satisfaction, as well.

It's very easy to use, flexible features and a good price. The cloud-based platform on Amazon is very powerful.

SMS is missing, maybe more integrations (for the future)
