Very cost effective phone replacement system that allows our support team to work from anywhere there is an internet connection

Pros

Easy to onboard and setup, easy to use and very cost effective license pricing. Does not charge for incoming calls like it's competitors do

Cons

The dialler has a few challenges with the sound options which are being addressed by the developers soon

It helped us to save a lot of money

Pros

we have to call local business that are outside of our country (we speak the local language) so cloudtalk was exactly what we needed.

Cons

a call could drop from my iphone/cloudtalk as my phone considered it as lack of activity and switched back to lock mode and with it the line went dead.

It's been an upgrade from our very old school in-office phone system. This suits our small team when working from home and will be good when we do go back to the office.

Pros

It's very easy to use - pretty much fool proof!

Cons

I have experienced some glitches or anomalies that I had to flag with our in hour admin to speak to Cloud Talk about - otherwise it's been very easy to migrate over to.

Implementing CloudTalk was a huge step forward for our company. It many timeschanged the way we interact with our clients. It is handy because of the integration with other apps on the market, such as pipedrive.

Cons

So far no problems with the service. We are looking forward for the release of the mobile app and some more speech analysing features.

They hide their features behind paywalls. Mislead you with advertising that clearly states these features are available on your plan.

Pros

It allows me to receive voicemails event when I am abroad and don't have access to my phone plan from home. It really helps to keep a good relationship with clients from anywhere, as if I was at the office.

Cons

When there are many users, the voicemails get mixed up, so I end up taking voicemail that were not meant to be for me.

Pros

It is easy to use and I love to call people from my new number on such good terms.

Cons

when the call is over the rating window shows, and I want to call someone else and need to click back every time.

Reason for choosing CloudTalk

It was a quick solution. Needed my new VoiP number very fast.

Overall very positive but am waiting to fully subscribe until the full feature set I need is available, hopefully in 2021.

Pros

Very easy to use and to set up. Pricing was among the best offered in the category for the feature set offered.

Cons

Nothing over negative but for the offering to be one that I use ongoing it needs to add automated voicemail drop.

It is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We had no problems with integration of CloudTalk. The whole process was very smooth. Even when we had questions customer support was always ready to help.

Cons

So far we don't see any cons especially because of a great customer support.

Pros

Love the ability to integrate into Hubspot and easily dial or call a contact at the click of a button.

Cons

Nothing to mention at this point, I am really happy with the system.

Péssima! O sucesso do cliente não se preocupa com você e meu prejuízo até então está sendo enorme. Mas eu não vou desistir.

Pros

Um demo aparentemente grátis. Quando na verdade estão pegando seu dados para te cobrar frequentemente sem sua autorização. Quando você pedir estorno não vão te estornar. São desonestos!

Cons

Eles pegam seu cartão de crédito e passam sem sua autorização.

Pros

CloudTalk might still be a fairly new solution, but I already find it competitive - the quality of calls is really good, there are a lot of features to take advantage of, plus it's easy to integrate it with other tools you might be using. It can really improve the team's productivity, no matter its size. I recommend it to anyone who runs a call centre of any kind.

Cons

The pricing is quite flexible, but it might be better to tailor it to the number of users.

When dealing with CloudTalk it is clear they want to trick you to pay and make it very difficult to leave, it is a maze. and they will refer you to the terms and conditions that almost no one reads, maybe legally they are covered but it is a bad customer experience and this is not a way to build a long lasting business, CloudTalk actions are good for hit and run business.

Pros

The product was easy to use for a small team.

Cons

\- Cloudtalk doesn't have a cancel button, the process of canceling your account is very complicated. - You can't cancel your account anytime, if the month starts you will pay. - Please read the Terms and Conditions very carefully, CloudTalk hide information from the customers.

I love the support team, very responsive. Tool works as expected. No major problems with it. CloudTalk set up IVR for us and I appreciate it hugely.

Cons

No SMS still in the system. They should have been added in Q4 2019.
