Pros

Simple to use, simple to set up and simple to train.

I had a little bit of hard time setting up the voicemail on my own, but it took seconds to the help team to get it right.

Pros

It's very intuitive and in easy way you can get to know all the functionalities and get used to it.

Cons

There's too many inconveniences. Using the product on a daily basis, you can encounter many shortcomings - there are often problems during conversations. The window with incoming call quickly disappears, sometimes I don't even have time to see this. A big discomfort is also the inability to change size of window to call - often the disconnect option disappears under the system taskbar and it is really troublesome. Product has a lot of bugs in my opinion.

Their software is not very intuitive, they don't allow refunds, pretty crooked. And their support is not very good. They seemed to not be adequately staffed.
