## What is KSL Suite?

KSL Suite is centralized solution to create, personalize, validate and deliver multichannel communications from one easy-to-use platform. It covers all CCM and Document Output Management needs. This solution can generate personalized documents, emails and messages, automatically (batch), on-demand with or without an interactive personalization. It can generate high-volume document batches and manage a large number of simultaneous users. KSL Suite provides a powerful editor for interactive documents and a strong collaborative content repository of components and templates. KSL Suite automates document processes and archives documents. Many formats are supported: PDF, Word, AFP, Postscript, HTML. It also provides connectors (especially a certified Salesforce connector), Web Service APIs and standalone web applications. A solution is provided for installation on-premises and in SaaS.

Pros

Outil complet de production documentaire sur nos appels d'offre; régulièrement mis à jour et bénéficiant d'une équipe support réactive basée en France.

Cons

Nécessite d'adapter nos méthodes et habitudes à ce nouvel outil. Quelques fonctionnalités encore en déploiement mais rythme de mis à jour très soutenu.

Possibilité de produire des documents de qualité et très personnalisés (modularité, interactivité avec l'utilisateur) de manière rapide. La gestion des référentiel est pratique et permet une gestion simplifiée des textes, images, polices, couleurs... Le support est très réactif et compétent pour toutes les questions que nous avons eu pendant ces 2 dernières années.

Cons

Pour la conception des templates de documents, les personnalisations étant nombreuses, l'interface du studio de création est assez complexe à prendre en main.

Nous utilisons l'application pour paramétrer nos documents afin que les utilisateurs puissent les sortir dans une application tierce (Salesforce). Nous les paramétrons selon une maquette donnée par l'équipe Marketing et nous l'intégrons dans les outils KSL Suite. Ils est alors possible de sortir les documents via plein de biais : automatique, manuelle, via envoi email + invocable action, par ws,... Puis nous hébergeons les documents dans une GED si besoin.

Fonctionnalités avancées de personnalisations Fonctionnalités avancées de paramétrages Multiplicité des modes d'extraction/compilations Gestion des logs

Cons

Il n'y a pas vraiment d'inconvénient à utiliser la solution. Ce qu'on souhaite faire est permis par la solution.
