Pros The salespitch. The website is really shiny and the secure email product looks like it is professional and very user-friendly. Cons The fact that is only geared towards larger companies that use either MS-Exchange server of Gmail-for-business. For me, as a single user the only way to use the product is online on the site of Zivver. That is NOT how secure email should work. Zodra er iets is duurt het lang voordat er reactie en actie komt. Tevens slecht bereikbaar. Uitsluitend via mail. Er is een sterke overweging om het contact niet te verlengen en over te stappen naar smartlockr. De service kan ik absoluut niet op goed beoordelen. Hierdoor scoort waarschijnlijk het product nu ook zeer slecht. Pros De prijs t.o.v. een concurrent. Het prijsverschil is er nu niet meer. Ik zou niet weer kiezen voor Zivver. Cons De slechte support en bereikbaarheid. Zonder Support contract wordt je slecht geholpen. Al dagen aan te mailen voor een oplossing. Je wordt één keer gebeld. Neem je niet op. omdat dat op dat moment niet kan, dan kan je weer dagen mailen voordat er misschien een reactie komt. Er wordt niet gedacht om nogmaals te bellen. Waarschijnlijk is een account met één gebruiker niet interessant genoeg om snel in actie te komen. Wij proberen al weken iemand te spreken te krijgen van Zivver, maar kunnen niemand bereiken. Via de mail duurt het dagen voordat er reactie komt, en wordt er niet ingegaan op onze verzoek om ons te bellen. Er wordt even een stappenplannetje opgestuurd, wat uiteraard geen oplossing biedt voor het probleem. En vervolgens laten ze je weer hangen. Typisch een inhalig bedrijf dat het alleen voor het geld doet. Pros Wij hebben eigenlijk sinds het begin een nare ervaring met Zivver zowel in het contact als het gebruik, geen positieve punten. Cons Slechte voorlichting tijdens de verkoop. Je iets telefonisch verkopen wat niet goed aansluit bij je situatie en pas een oplossing willen bieden als je dreigt een slechte review te schrijven. Je op kosten jagen. Wij betalen nu al een maand voor iets dat niet goed werkt. Geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen bij technische problemen. Onbereikbare klantenservice. Windat was bekend probleem, moest worden uitgezocht. 3 dagen later een bericht ontvangen dat er nog geen oplossing was, maar werd aan gewerkt. Het probleem met Windat wordt intussen alleen maar groter. Geprobeerd te bellen met support code, deze wordt niet herkend wordt aangegeven. Verder geen mogelijkheden om met Zivver in contact te komen. Mails gestuurd met intussen een noodkreet, maar geen reactie.... Pros Mails met privacygevoelige informatie kunnen versturen Cons Vanwege het werken met privacygevoelige informatie aangeschaft, en inmiddels al 3 jaar werk ik ermee. Werkt slecht. Bij openen van een Zivver bericht valt vaak het scherm op zwart, bewerkingen vallen stil, outlook wordt dan helemaal opnieuw opgestart. Bij openen online van Zivver bericht en het beantwoorden hiervan zijn de mailtjes niet zichtbaar in de verzonden berichten van het gewone outlook. Onlangs de nieuwe update uitgevoerd in Zivver. Sindsdien kan ik geen gewone mails meer sturen met bestanden en komt alles bij anderen binnen als een Windat bestand. Ook mailtjes van anderen aan mij gericht komen als Windat bestand binnen.
