Very bad experience. I was very excited when I first discovered this product. But am extremely disappointed now after using it and the support is bad

Pros

They track calls. I could get analytics around call missed and incoming and outgoing calls.

Cons

The support is terrible. The recording aspect of calls doesn’t work at all.

Keeping CRM updated is super easy with Salestrail's mobile app.

Pros

Mobile app that makes it easy to log sales activities using smartphone. And it has a stylish user interface! Saves a lot of time!

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say, so no complaints. Of course it could be cheaper, but then again, it saves a lot of time and makes life easier.

Pros

When on the go I can create contacts with taking a photo of the business card. In meetings and trade shows I add everybody I meet easily to Salesforce and contact them right after. I really liked to possibility to assign leads to campaigns.

Cons

I wuld like to assign the lead to a colleague, did not know how to do that.

It does what I need it to- scans business cards quickly.

Pros

I’ve only used the business card scanner, but that works great. It’s the quickest one I’ve tried so far and captures scans accurately.

Cons

I have’t looked at the other features yet.
