I could get analytics around call missed and incoming and outgoing calls. Cons The support is terrible. The recording aspect of calls doesn’t work at all. And it has a stylish user interface! Saves a lot of time! Cons I don't really have anything bad to say, so no complaints. Of course it could be cheaper, but then again, it saves a lot of time and makes life easier. In meetings and trade shows I add everybody I meet easily to Salesforce and contact them right after. I really liked to possibility to assign leads to campaigns. Pros I’ve only used the business card scanner, but that works great. It’s the quickest one I’ve tried so far and captures scans accurately. Cons I have’t looked at the other features yet.
