I could get analytics around call missed and incoming and outgoing calls. Cons The support is terrible. The recording aspect of calls doesn’t work at all. And it has a stylish user interface! Saves a lot of time! Cons I don't really have anything bad to say, so no complaints. Of course it could be cheaper, but then again, it saves a lot of time and makes life easier. In meetings and trade shows I add everybody I meet easily to Salesforce and contact them right after. I really liked to possibility to assign leads to campaigns. Cons I wuld like to assign the lead to a colleague, did not know how to do that.
