They communicate the wrong price, acknowledge that, and still don't do anything about it. For €30,- per document they are not even able to provide a smooth workflow. Pros The fact that it is a European company. We wanted to chose a European company as we wanted to support our locals instead of big tech. Cons We decided to use Yousign for signing our employment contracts. As a European provider, we were initially positive about the choice. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Yousign communicates that you can sign with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) for €15 and reuse that signature. In practice, however, you end up paying for it every single time. This means the actual cost is €30 per document. Although they acknowledged that the information provided was incorrect, they still enforced their one-month notice period. The signing process itself has been highly unreliable. For €30 per document, we expected a smooth and professional experience. Instead, we encountered repeated bugs and verification failures. The “Oops, something went wrong” screen appeared more often than a successful completion page. When you use signing software for employment contracts, you want to make a professional impression on candidates and partners. Unfortunately, this tool did the opposite for us. If reliability, transparency, and user experience matter to you, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative solutions. The only issue we encounter was about phone number which is attached to a mail account in Yousign and signing asking on other mail address with same number - thjis is forbidden by Yousign. Pros easy integration (API plan could be a little trivial but documentation is very clear). Product integrate all needed functionality to use for our customers (digital signature, API plan, store document, totaly legal signature...) Cons need to use correct/valid SSL protocol to communicate on API plan, could be an issue if you use (very) old server for customers has we do. Yousign has clearly managed to create a superior experience in a field where most seemed to have given up trying to offer something new. The design and general feel of the app wowed me at first, and the simplicity getting through the different steps to sign a contract won me over in the end: terrific product! Pros The interface is simple and really well crafted. Secure authentication is integrated to the signature flow making it less of a pain than other eSignature solutions. However, the plans that are advertised with that they can be cancelled any time have a cancellation period. In our case we had an annual plan and cancelled it on time before the renewal just to find out that there is a notice period of 15 days before the renewal date. This was nowhere mentioned except, maybe, small in the Terms which nobody reads. It should be communicated clearly. The fact that they don't do that shows that they mainly care about their revenue instead of making their customers happy. Pros Software works well and is very easy to use. Cons The service is very expensive, their offers are not clear and you end up paying add-ons again and again. Especially since the trial version has all the features, if you want to pursue with your templates, you have to pay for the whole package. Their customer service is not good as they refuse to implement a simple downgrade in the offer. Pros The tool is very easy to use. I had some difficulties using similar toos, but Yousign has a great interface, very intuitive with an outstanding onboarding. Cons Some integrations are missing but from what I hear, Yousing is working actively on it. It was done in seconds! Since then it is my go to software for signing documents on line Pros I liked most the fact that it is simple and easy to use without lots of instructions. It also has many useful features to ensure safe authentication. Cons I found you sign to be is more expensive comparison to other software with electronic signing features but it has a somewhat good value for price.
