The communication of this company is very bad. They communicate the wrong price, acknowledge that, and still don't do anything about it. For €30,- per document they are not even able to provide a smooth workflow.

Pros

The fact that it is a European company. We wanted to chose a European company as we wanted to support our locals instead of big tech.

Cons

We decided to use Yousign for signing our employment contracts. As a European provider, we were initially positive about the choice. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Yousign communicates that you can sign with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) for €15 and reuse that signature. In practice, however, you end up paying for it every single time. This means the actual cost is €30 per document. Although they acknowledged that the information provided was incorrect, they still enforced their one-month notice period. The signing process itself has been highly unreliable. For €30 per document, we expected a smooth and professional experience. Instead, we encountered repeated bugs and verification failures. The “Oops, something went wrong” screen appeared more often than a successful completion page. When you use signing software for employment contracts, you want to make a professional impression on candidates and partners. Unfortunately, this tool did the opposite for us. If reliability, transparency, and user experience matter to you, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative solutions.

Reasons for choosing Yousign

As the counter party I signed a lot of documents with Docusign. Never had a single error message. I wanted to give a Yousign a try as I think as Europeans we should buy local. Well, not at Yousign (luckily there are alternatives).

Ottima esperienza poiché si tratta di una soluzione ottima. Probabilmente la migliore soluzione per firma elettronica da integrare in piattaforme terze.

Pros

La facilità di integrazione tramite API e l'evoluzione delle stesse.

Cons

Le API che negli ultimi 2 anni sono variate in più occasioni.

Privilégiez une autre plateforme. Client depuis 2022, notre structure a dû décaler le déploiement de son CRM. A l'époque, la commerciale nous oriente vers le pack le plus gros en arguant (à l'oral) qu'un report serait possible si la totalité n'était pas consommée. Résultat, il ne faut pas faire confiance et écouter des arguments oraux. Heureusement, que les autres sociétés du segment n'agissent pas comme cela.

Pros

Produit similaire à DocuSign, facile de prise en main.

Cons

Privilégiez une autre plateforme. Les données une fois l'abonnement expirée sont perdues.

Trotz des Premiumpreises habe ich mich für YouSign registriert, weil ich eine QES-Option brauche, und diese werden leicht verständlich im YouSign-Blog erklärt. Meine Erwartung bei diesem Premiumpreis ist, dass die Software auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Zu meinem Erschrecken muss ich feststellen, dass der Preis für das Service nicht mit der Qualität übereinstimmt. Es gab mehrere Male, wo das System einen Fehler bei der Identifikation aufweist, aber nicht genau beschreibt, um was für einen Fehler es sich handelt. Als es endlich funktioniert hat, akzeptiert das System nicht, wenn man mehrere Vornamen hat, was bei vielen ausländischen Namen üblich ist. Das wäre eigentlich nicht so schlimm, wenn das System beim Versenden der Einladung eine Warnung gegeben hätte. Aber hier lässt das System Vornamen mit mehreren Wörtern zu, und man erfährt erst nach dem Prozess, dass es deswegen nicht funktioniert! Und als wäre das alles nicht schon schlecht genug, bekomme ich eine Antwort von der Kundenbetreuung, dass jeder Versuch, egal ob erfolgreich oder nicht, als Creditverbrauch berechnet wird. Also jeder Versuch 15 EUR! Das ist eine Frechheit, und meiner Meinung nach hat das Unternehmen auch keine Motivation, die Software zu verbessern, denn auch bei einem Bug der Software muss der Kunde für diesen Fehler die Kosten tragen. Also absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Viel zu teuer für das, was es anbietet. Andere Anbieter wie "skribble.com" sind billiger, und du bekommst besseren Kundensupport sowie eine bessere Softwarequalität.

Schöne Benutzeroberfläche und leichte Bedienbarkeit!

Cons

\- Viel zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung - Schlechte Software, auch wenn die Benutzeroberfläche schön ist, bringt es nicht wenn es nicht funktioniert! - Unfreundliche Kunden Support - Systemfehler werden als Fehler des Nutzers angerechnet und in Rechnung gestellt. Unverschämtheit!

Generally a good tool for a fair price. However, the plans that are advertised with that they can be cancelled any time have a cancellation period. In our case we had an annual plan and cancelled it on time before the renewal just to find out that there is a notice period of 15 days before the renewal date. This was nowhere mentioned except, maybe, small in the Terms which nobody reads. It should be communicated clearly. The fact that they don't do that shows that they mainly care about their revenue instead of making their customers happy.

Pros

Software works well and is very easy to use.

Cons

There's a hidden cancellation period which is NOT mentioned anywhere.

overall very frustrated with the experience

Pros

I like the product it self as it is relatively complete.

Cons

The service is very expensive, their offers are not clear and you end up paying add-ons again and again. Especially since the trial version has all the features, if you want to pursue with your templates, you have to pay for the whole package. Their customer service is not good as they refuse to implement a simple downgrade in the offer.

Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation c'est un logiciel indispensable qui fait très bien son travail. L'environnement est bien pensé et facile d'utilisation même pour des néophytes.

Pros

Tout est simple et bien penser : il suffit de déposer le document (fusion possible si plusieurs docs), de rentrer le nom des parties (possibilité d'ajouter la qualité du signataire ou une mention), les suiveurs et d'envoyer avec la possibilité de joindre un message ou encore de relancer le client s'il n'a pas encore procédé à la signature.

Cons

Sur certains gros documents la mention "signature électronique" n'apparait pas sur l'ensemble des pages. Heureusement, il y a le dossier de preuve de signature électronique.
